Well haven't updated in a while but have kept up with pumping, jelqing, edging, stretching to an extent, and looking Into ballooning now.

But I've made great strides in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] I have and am pushing 7" I believe in the pump at I believe 190mm but it is a full pump where no water can shoot out anymore. Wearing for about 10 mins in the morning with no water retention. Pleased with results. Looking at upgrading to an [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x40[/words]/x40 as well.

Does changing the springs in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] make a significant difference? I may need to buy some different ones if it's really necessary.

Bathmatedirect.com is the official site. I would say do the stretches first. Then do the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] followed with the jelqs.
 
Closing in on 7" now BPEL. Everything is going good and am gonna start adding more stretching to it. I need to get more serious about this.
 
Well I feel it's time to get this bread back active now.
Took my first measurements in a long time. I am still at 7" BPEL.
So that was good news to report as I have not lost anything in 2 years. So now I need to get back on the train and continue to grow. Still keeping with my morning routine. And maybe I'll be lucky enough to win this months competition and be able to start my collection of gear back up.

VacuVin wine save mod...this replaces the entire [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] valve assembly and transforms your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] into a death gripping, penis exploding machine!! (warning, take this mod very seriously and listen to what your body can take)

Lastly, I'm an avid golfer and have been on the lookout for a pair of these in size 12 or 12.5...maybe you have certain connections w/Adidas-Taylormade?

Very intense stretch and it makes bring internal penis outward very easy.
 
Keeping this thread updated a little better. Still stretching every morning and night. Can't wait to get my own place again and have more alone time to devote to training.
 
Couple of quick questions....

-How important is it to masturbate before stretching in the morning?
Reason I ask is because I go through spurts where I can masterbate every day for a week and then go like 3 weeks without doing it.

The harder I grip the easier it is for me to loose the grip. Yes I am grilling just below the head.
 
Well I usually get a pump after the BTC stretches. And when I lose that pump the skin will stretch if you will and I lose the grip I have at the beginning of the head.

That's actually a very valid point and had not thought of it in that sense. That definitely clicks in my brain.

Wouldn't the penis be fatigued after girth as well?
Is that why you recommend to switch it up every now and then?

Has to be. Any sort of stretching whether it be girth or length will fatigue the muscle. Fatiguing is great but don't want to over do it.

Exactly, take advantage of the fatigue but don't go over board and lose eq. Balance is important so too much fatigue could be bad if you want to gain an erection so plan on doing length work, like this, hours before sex or the need for an erection. After sex, again, the perfect time to stretch.

Hopefully I won't over fatigue then. I'm stretching every morning. Taking a couple extra seconds when going to the restroom to stretch and then one good stretch at night before bed. Then let it heal over night while sleeping.
