So today I hit a nice milestone. After my girth work with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] today and jelqs/SSJs ...I hit 2" in erect girth wide and almost 5.75" in total girth. So basically like 5.7". It's amazing to watch this transformation right in front of my eyes. I've also started doing kegels throughout the day.

I'm also looking to add an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] (SG OR X4) to my morning routine and then leave the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] to the night routine.
 
For some reason in the morning when I do my 10 min session in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] I'm getting water retention again. Is it because I'm using to much pressure? Or should I back the amount of time down and keep using full pressure. ?

Go 5 minutes instead and follow up with a 5 minute jelqing session. You can repeat this if you have the time 3x. This will bring very quick expansion through pumping and at the 5 minute point, where retention starts to become an issue we do a 5 minute jelqing session to counter the retention but also to take advantage of the expansion through manually working all the expansion through the penis. This will eliminate all fluid retention and bring even great girth at session end.
 
Also I'm gonna start a new measurement as well adding the BPenis EnlargementL instead of the NBPenis EnlargementL, as I read that it can be a "better" measurement. So as of today te BPenis EnlargementL is 6.67".

It really is the only measurement, for length, that will always be spot on regardless of erection quality.
 
Wearing my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] today for 4 hours in a very light tension just to get used to be stretched out. What's the normal amount of time I should wear this per day/week?
 
doesnt sSlow Squash Jelqs give your penis a downward curve if you keep doing it? Because if so I would like to know the best exercises for girth that dont effect the direction your penis will go to when erect.
 
Inlovwitlil, I've never heard of that, but I have an upward curve and I don't see a change at all in my curve. I just know that SSJs are a great exercise that work.
 
I have come to the conclusion that for now 2 Seperate 5 minute pumping session (morning and evening) have the best results for me. And then wearing the x4 for 4-6 hours a day keeps a constant pump and stretch all day. I have noticed staying more "engorged" throughout the day with constant bloodflow. Never really let's it go completely limp per se. Will hopefully update measurements this weekend.
 
Wellive given the x4 a month of constant use per se. Anywhere from 3-6 hrs a day for 4 days a week and in the month my BP Length is 6.75" now. So it's definitely working now j just need to get more comfortable and wear it for longer periods now.
 
After much thought and deliberation I have come to the conclusion that I just don't have the time I would like to wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I need to be able to wear it for a few hours at a time and right now it's not particularly comfortable. Any advice on how to make that work? So for now I will continue working on FR and continue with jelqs and pumping in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

Also another question maybe for DLD, I am cuircumsized but have a good amount of slack skin so much enough that I can cover mostly any erection I get. Also my skin is bunched up under the glans when flaccid. I was having a hard time with slipping while in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I would tighten harder but even in the tightest of locks it would still slip out with the foam. What can I do to make that stop?
 
Well this will be a strong thread bump. I took a few months off to gather more knowledge on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Turns out the whole time I had been wearing it wrong. I just left myself doing a daily 5 min routine with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] to keep something going. After gathering more knowledge and reading up on other posts I know have an understanding of how the x4 works. I've been wearing it for almost a month now at 6 hours a day and have seen length gains in my BPSFL and my standard flaccid length. Haven't measured in an erect state as of this post but will just to see where I stand.

Wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is easier now !! But still not seeing the results I feel I should be.
 
So I've come to the conclusion that maybe why I'm not seeing the gains I thought I would see is because I'm not stretching like I should be. So I am going to start the stretching regimen every night now and see if that leads anywhere. Although for some reason I do feel like the flaccid length I have right now seems to be in fact "larger" than normal. So maybe it is working after all. I noticed that the "bulge" from my package is more protruding through my golf pants than what I remember.
 
Just pumping and some slight jelqing for girth. Otherwise just stretching and wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for length. Keeping it simple if you will.
 
Switched out Rods on my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] to hopefully start feeling a better stretch when extended and get on to bigger gains.
