Fluid retention has gone way down since starting this routine which is pleasant. I know I jumped in and was using it to much. The pump is starting to last longer now, which is great.

Go hard and subside to a healthy semi of about 90%. That is my method.

Agreed. You never want to go in flaccid. Pumpers that have pumped flaccid usually have erection issues down the road.

Well changed my morning routine up. Now it's a 5 minute warm up, followed by 5 mins of jelqs, followed by 10 mins straight pumping followed by 5 mins of jelqs. Then massage/rub with a cool down. Trying to find greater expansion now that I feel better using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and my body getting used to it after these last 2 weeks. Dld, funny you say that. Back from serious weightlifting times, I always had to buy loose waisted pants because of my thighs and calves. Now that I'm golfing everything has to be form fitting and so my pants are tighter around my legs which makes the bulge much more protruding. It's a good thing IMO. It does attract eyeballs from the female variety. It may or may have worked a few times ;). But like I said, I don't mind the certain attention it brings.

Too much off this could be bad for the psyche. I think men should try to rely on their own willpower as much as possible to acquire and hold an erection. What might be cool is if you have a girlfriend or wife, get some sexy pictures of her and make and print out and use that to fuel your work.

It's a little different for me as I live with my girlfriend so I had to let her in on what I was doing because it was to hard to keep it a secret and so forth. Just took my first measurements since I started the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Length 5.95" ....so close to 6" and girth is like 5.567". Progress in the girth but none in the length department. Maybe I need to do some length work. Any tips for length work that I can do quickly say in about 10-15 mins every morning?
 
For length, I suggest to do as much manual stretching as possible. Also, focus on wet jelqs as well. In the morning, you may think about an aggressive stretch routine. I've noticed that the more manual stretching I do, the longer my bpfsl is each week.
