This makes sense, as long as the tension is always greater than the normal tensile strength of the tunica, which means you actually need to feel the stretch. An hour at a time seems to be the longest most guys can stay in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] with an effective amount of tension. I would think that if you can comfortably stay in an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for longer than an hour at a time, then the tension is not great enough to be actually stretching the tunica.

I take the same approach as celttank: wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] at maximum tension for an hour at a time several hours a day. We're both getting great results. Because he wears his 8 total hours per day, and I wear mine 4, however, he is making faster gains.
 
That is sort of what I was getting at in a round about way. I read a urologist saying that the tensile strength of the tunica was about 2kg. If you are stetching well beyond that force perhaps you are limiting your time spent extended needlessly. (I don't know how much force you are using.) However, if you can only stay in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] while using say 4kg of force for an hour at a time, you MAY not be maximizing your efficiency. I don't think that people realize that simply because they may have grown accustomed to the feeling of adequate stress it does not mean that that level of stress is now somehow less adequate to get the job done. If you went from 4kg for an hour, to 2.5kg for 2 hours, it may be more efficient in achieving gains. I am not telling you what to do, just offering my thoughts from what I have read. And that leads me to think that gains are more closely correlated to time spent under [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] than to the stress of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words]. (Assuming that you are already using beyond the 2kg of tensile strength of the tunica.)

You could stretch your dick to two feet under a heavy enough load, but the mitosic cycle will still take the same amount of time. You can only trigger so many cell cycles no matter how long you elongate your penis in that period of time. I hope that I am making sense and am not being offensive. Just putting ideas out there. :D

I actually do about 3 routines of 30 min manual stretches throughout the day and the rest of the time is in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I try to do 1 hour 30 mins at a time in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] but sometimes the burning sensation from the fricton of the wrapping gets too much and i have to take it off. If the penismaster pro ever comes i'll b goin at least 2 hours at a time and my gains will be even faster. I'm going to start experimenting with doing 1 day on and 1 day off as my routine is very intense. I think this could also speed up my gains.

Last cycle wasn't great tbh. Had some injuries and stress in my life but i was a very lean 196 lbs when i finished. My PCT was shit though and i lost alot of my gains. I have learned alot from my last cycle and i wont make the same mistakes.
I'm 4 weeks into my current cycle and it's going great.
 
I got that blue cloth with a pc monitor i bought years ago... It's for cleaning the screen :) It burns like an absolute bastard after 1 hour 30 mins so it's not ideal.
The peg was a plastic peg and didn't have the bit coming out the side. I'll post a pic 2moro.

I think you definitely make some good points. As celttank states, he actually uses the stretcher for 1.5 hours at a time. I stretch for an hour at a time, and then take it off for comfort reasons, but also to get the blood flowing again, etc. As to total time, I only stretch 4 hours a day, because of time constraints, not because I can't take the tension. With celttank as inspiration, though, I'm going to try to increase my time stretching to 6 hours. I'll still do an hour at a time, though.

Thanks, man, but I think you've passed me! You've inspired me to try to add another 2 hours of stretching a day and to increase my manual stretching. It's not always easy to find the time, but I'll try to make it work. Keep up the good work! You're an inspiration to all of us.

Sorry to hear you lost most of your gains. Cycles can be like that. Very important to keep lifting after you go off a cycle. I assume I'm a bit older than you. I stopped doing cycles several years ago. At my peak, I was a ripped 220 lbs. (I never wanted to be a monster 250 lbs., etc.) Now, I stay at 210 lbs. with just maintenance lifting. My body fat fluctuates according to the season and what sports I'm playing. Have a lot of stuff planned this summer - mountain climbing, Tough Mudder, etc., so need to get down to a lean 200 lbs. You ever try crossfit? Talk about kicking your butt!

great dedication man, It must sting like a bitch when unwrapping. I know it does for me after an hour on high tension., I try to do more than 3-4 hours a day but right below my glans really stings. Im very curious about the clothes pin mod too! I just cut the clipped the sides off the one on the to and crushed it down and it seems to have no tension except when i get down to the last line on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size genetics[/words]?..HELP ME man

If you can wear loose pants or a heavy fabric it is not noticeable. You can also position it in tighter clothing so it is not visible. It is extremely comfortable but this is through finding the best method of attachment, for me it is the velcro strap.
 
Do you measure it when you are erect? or flaccid? I presume this is when you are erect. How is the erection status after enlargement? thanks much for your time and tips

Hey guys,
Going to start up my P.E again. Haven't done any P.E in a long time. I will be hitting 9 nbp in a couple months (currently 8.5) , maybe give some inspiration to some people. My routine will be 30+ mins of basic and advanced manual stretching followed by as many hours i can fit in with the penismaster pro (the greatest P.E device ever created) and then finish off with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] before bed.
