I tried something different today... I went with a cold wrap to end my routine.

Also, I think i busted a small blood vessel yesterday or bruised part of my shaft on the top. I got a purple dot near the circ scar. I did my routine today anyways because i have 2 rest days coming up.
 
Hey bud nice to see your moven along , as for your constricting work ... do you think this was the main part of your work out that got you the gains?
 
VeryShyGuy: Girthwise i believe manual constriction has gotten me those gains. Now im using a cable clamp to try to get girth gains faster although i might be overworking a bit.

When i took off the clamp after this set of width expansion the monster looked a bit wider to me, almost hit 2 inches wide at the circ scar. Pretty good week of Penis Enlargement. Im going to reposition the clamp with hinge on the left side while the clamp is upside down. I'm also considering taking a week off from clamping after this next week and just work on wet jelqs, maybe around 300-500 thru the 4 days. I might be overworking because i have got a couple purple dots over the past week or so but they have went away pretty quickly.

Massive expansion after this routine most of it was base girth. It was mainly swelling of base girth i measured just 6" shy on base girth. Also, right after my width session I measure right at 2" width at the circ scar.

Making it stick is all about consistency. Girth and width can be stubborn but if you hammer it everyday and get good expansion each time it has no choice but to permanently expand to accommodate the new size.
