I know that on x4 labs they have a girth base for $80 ,but also am thinking you would have to get a wider head piece for the bars to match the distance from left to right and have yet to find one of those??? I am not sure if anyone has made this work but it is worth a try. $80 is a bit steep but if you need it you need it.
 
Hey fellas I dont know if id recommend the silicone over the base after all!! Either the underside of my shaft skin is beginning to tear from excessive stretching basically forming stretch marks and getting to be pretty painful or entering in through the silicone and exiting from the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is causing quite an unpleasant friction burn!!!!! Im going to be taking a 2-3 day rest do to the frenulum problem im currently having and hopefully the fucker starts to be a little more stretchy again!!!
