Get your self 100% erect. Now, in the erect state, using both hands, bring all the penis skin up as far as you can. Once in this position reach deep for the ligaments and once grabbing them stretch out and down. I do this for 20 to 30 minutes and I can't take anymore.

I think this exercise will not only elongate the ligs very quickly but it will also be the fastest way to cement erect gains. After a session you will be VERY SORE. I was sore for 2 days after a session so I only do this every 3 days.

Sounds promising but there is one problem my freind, it seems it will destroy erection angle, and we need this to stimulate the g-stop to its best potential.

I was about to post this:
This is essentially what I do for my Admirals.

The difference is I make a U out of my fingers and slide up from the base starting behind my balls. Then before I am to the point where I make and Ok grip, I feel through the skin and dig my fingers around the shaft below the ligs.

By gripping way below where the ligs connect I am able to get a really solid tug, pulling straight down that puts all the tension on the ligs themselves.

Doing Admirals I gained 1.5" in around a year.

DLD keeps asking me for pics, but I'm not into putting my dick on the internet. I just keep trying to explain the Admirals and hope some of you guys get how it's done. And yes, just like DLD you have to do this 100%+ erect or there isn't enough tension being created.

Doing these exercises does not destroy erection angle. The whole point of doing lig stretches is to separate the dick from the body. Your dick is already shaped at whatever angle it has, so when you release the ligs it just makes it so you have more shaft free for penetration.

Part of how I figured out to do lig stretches was because an old GF told me, "Your dick looks longer than it is". After a lot of thinking I realized that what she was saying is I am strapped high with a 25-30 degree angle. This is because my ligs were holding my dick up high.

I had been doing yoga and I knew that despite everything you'll read online except here, tendons and ligaments do stretch over time. I've done it with my limbs and my back, so why not my dick, right?

So if you get fully erect and grip your dick and pull it downward. Then feel through the skin from underneath of your dick where you ligs are. And your ligs are on the top of your dick and connect to your pubic bone... You can actually feel them stretched as you hold your erection down with the long grip.

Just keep holding your dick out with tension on the ligs and with the other hand feel through the skin so you can grab your shaft at the base but closer to your body than the ligs. Pull down gently but firmly and you'll feel those ligs stretch out.

Your low hand that is gripping the base is grabbing dick through the skin from below the base. The whole idea is to make your old base stretch away from your body and to release enouhg dick to get a new lower base.

I think most guys probably have 1-2" of extra dick ready to be released through lig work and it's the easiest work out with the quickest and best results.

Yeah the closer to the base of the dick you can get (I'm to the point of grabbing just above my taint) the better.

You wanna stretch those ligs, you gotta grab the very base inside the skin, not whats sticking out. And you will get some scary lig pops sometimes, but keep stretching it. And no jerking, just slow easy stretches.

As far as i'm concerned a newbie will get amazing gains this way.

DLD do you actually have anymore hidden in there? Seriously, i'd figure it's all pulled out by now. Hydromaxmm... Maybe I need to hit the ligs some more.

As fucked up as this sounds, I still have the same amount below the belt! I think that the internal penis stretches just like the external, this would make sense and keep my internal measurements about the same.

This is also a Expressive Stretch, so it will be very useful in stretching internal penis and creating, new, visual size. Very intense stretch.
 
Once when I did these I heard something more than a lig pop. It was a tear. Right afterwards my dick was hanging way lower. I was worried, but not anymore. I figured my ligs where all stretched out, but I think they want to tighten up again. Since doing these I've got more length almost instantly.

And to bluetard. Go go go !!! :)

I wonder what it was that was holding you back, maybe a twisted ligament came loose and created the sound and allowing you to make length gains. Hard to say but I am glad you are gaining!

Someone like DLD should probably comment on that since stretching in general does tend to reduce angle. From what I understand 2/3 of women prefer girth to length when asked.

The only thing I can think of is to do an equal amount of stretches going up to counter.
 
Hey DLD I'm having trouble trying these maybe cause when I squeeze at the base I feel a little pain I don't think Im squeezing that hard but I remember awhile ago when I use to clamp often it seems to hurt in that spot on the base but still sore till this day any suggestions

Maybe you are just getting used to it? Perhaps you are stretching a vein or maybe a vein is becoming trapped under a ligament. How bad is the pain?
 
well its actually on the bottom part of my dick by my balls at the base kind of a sorness feeling if squeezed to hard it like I can feel a sharp pain then it kills my erection quality as my girlfriend has done that already

Then it is not thrombosis. I am leaning towards a vein that is becoming trapped in certain positions. This will most likely work itself out as you change the structure of your penis.
 
Is this like, stretching the inner penis aswell? think I've been doing these several years ago and not known what they were. Yeah, felt sore but noticed length improvements.

Maybe when I get to my length goal and focus on girth, I can start doing this exercise at least 4 to 5 times a week. We will see.

Expressive Stretching, becoming bigger over the last 2 years, is a place to gain where no one gained before. Now, with Expressive Stretching men can get some length from a whole new area. If anyone traces how much inner penis they have they will understand just how important Expressive Stretching is.

Only just realized I have been doing these on and off for some years, and yes they are very useful to target the ligs, but also can be used to target the inner penis.

Do the same, but instead of hitting the ligament, target the inner penis right behind the balls, as close (deep) to the anus as possible, and pull to the side. Repeat both sides.
