Awesome that sounds incredible. What is your plans for specific exercise or have you not written it up yet? If you have something written up that you want us to look at please post it and we will critique it for you. At this point SRT has three different length options so you’ll have to see what you like best.
 
Congrats on prepping to buy a house! Are you still in Vegas? I believe there are several low/no downpayment programs for 1st Time Home Buyers (haven't owned for the last 3 years) and they usually have some income limitations, but definitely something to explore.

Ive been doing the new program not everyday trying to get back into the daily work.
Good to see you back my brother I’m glad you’re training. You want to get a solid routine in every day to remain consistent. If you can’t get in a whole routine get in something to keep your head in the game.
 
I noticed something kinda weirdo I've never been a grower or a shower kinda in the middle but as of late I've been alot more on the shower side I've not lost any weight or really done any pe consistently recently for there to be a change in fact I know there are women at work that have noticed

My specific department at work is small only 4 people and we are all close . We had a new training class come in . 1 of my close female friends in my Dept heard some of the new girls talk about how they could see the dreadlock guys big dick . I was kinda surprised. I know I'm bigger than avg but still kinda weird hearing it But oddly enough I've felt kinda self conscious about it since then my wife always jokes about seeing my dick in my jeans but I thought that was just wife talk

What's gonna happen if I ever get my nutrition together and get rid of my fat and belly lol

That's impressive. If you can stay committed and consistent, you will get to your desired size. Just make sure you are using the right intensity and stay away from the ruler as long as possible. Remember to always do erect stretches too. Good luck bro.

d!ck size used to be 'off-limits' and only 'bad girls' discussed but now it's open season...fortunately we have the ultimate defense w/MOS :)
 
Hey guys been doing the new program the past few days and I like its fun changing the program up every other day and it’s a pretty quick program as well I’m also going to do the 10 min program dld posted on my 2 days in which my time is really limited I have my ads stretcher that I normally wear for a few hours after my program is done

That’s great my brother I always like to create routines that good variety of produce the same results because it should always be a fun factor to PE or it can become pretty mundane and boring. So variety is the spice of life even in PE!
 
I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about my goals

Right now I’m at.

I think at the start like a lot of guys I was thinking about 9+ inches but I’m not sure about that anymore Maybe 8.5 el and 6 or 6.5 eg . I know I just have to put the work in and see when I get there but I’m the type of guy that likes clear goals . But I also really wanna work on my eq 8.5 is useless if your eq is trash have gotten used wearing a cock ring which of course gives your killer hardness I want to be able to get that hard without a ring I also seem to get a girth boost as well which is great but Theoretically I should be able to be that without the ring right ?

Sometimes if I don’t have the ring I get kinda nervous I know it’s all mental
 
Today I gave the 10 min program dld posted a shot and I like it only thing I didn't like was the ball stretching part but I really like the 10 min time having a family and work and my other personal goals and things I'm trying to do time can be limited

When I was busy I would say if I didn't have the privacy or the the time to strap on the lengthmaster I would just skip it I may try to do a program without the lengthmaster for while it removed the need for extra privacy it will also be quicker as well
 
Skip the ball stretching and replace it with something you do like.
 
Hey I want to get back in the mode of posting my daily training here so here it goes

As I said before I love the lengthmaster but I feel like I don't have the time or privacy enough to really use it. If I don't have time to use it I would just skip it all together . So I think for a while I'm going to focused on a pure manual program. I will use the LM but only when I know I have the time .

I really love the thought of a 10-15 min program . Getting away for a full 30 min to an hour is less and less likely it seems but hiding out for 10 min is doable . So what I can up with


Hand stretching
Down 30 sec
Up 30 sec
Left 30 sec
Right 30 sec
Out 30 send
10 left cranks
10 right cranks

Yesterday I did a set of 3 in the morning ( put on my ads for 3 hours ) and a set of 2 before showering at night Once in the shower I put in the bathmate for like 7 min and some jelqs after . I felt I got a good amount of work in . I'm also adding in something I saw a long time ago and do a set of cranks Everytime I pee . I've also made the decision to start no adult entertainment or fap
