So this is the 1st time in a long time I’ve done my whole routine length and girth at the same time. I made a few adjustments to try and fit all the work in . This is how it went

2 sets of strecthes

Ive always split my girth and length but due to life sometimes not all of it gets done. I end up having to do PE 2 times a day but with getting this done in under a hour I&#8217;m going to change things up and do it all together now

An hour spent the right way is better than hours spent the wrong way. PE, in the end, is all about expansion and elongation and keeping this enlargement around long enough for the gains to stick. Keep on doing what works best for you and the gains will come.

After Working out when took a shower i used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] for like 5 min since i turtle pretty hard when i lift

I normally do a mix of jelqs some fast some slow then some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]. I figure at some point ill move to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] only
 
sup guys ive been training just havnt been updating . Ive been looking into getting a lenght ,master but dont have the money so i mad a kind sorta lenght master with a cable clamp and a pole. Its great to be honest it makes streching easier and i can get a great strecth without my grip giving out. I still plan on buying a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] but at the moment this has been great ive also been clamping my rotine has looke dlike this

I think I may have gained some.more but I'm holding off on measuring for a while . I know for a fact my flacid is longer since I've been using my fake [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] I'm also been more plump since I've been clamping.

Still a pretty good workout for limited time! Sometimes all you can do is a little bit but it all adds up.

The bundled stretches feel pretty good intense but good. I like them because it feels like I’m getting more work in a shorter amount of time. Ive only been holding them for 10 secs just to ease into them but ill be moving up to 15 sec next week then 5 more a week until i hit 30 secs

yea this work out has been great pumping then clamping is talking my girth up about .75 of an inch for temp gains. Doing those stretches bundled really give ,me a good stretch.

that's a great workout for limited time

Good to hear you have been consistent, I hope you have made some good gains, it looks hopeful.
