So i ended up measuring and i have gained a bit after more experimentation ive came up with a routine that i will be sticking with. Its basically

5min warm up
2 sets stretches
2 sets [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] stretches
10 min [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]
then a cock ring for a few hours

Then after i lift weights/run when i shower ill do a 5 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] pump just something quick to combat the turtling that happens when i lift

I want to do a better out line and post this up as a routine for busy guys with pictures as well as videos. I like this routine because i get a great work out and i can do it in about 30 min

I went from EL 7 to 7.15 and EG 5.1 to 5.2

hey brothers just an update been pretty busy with work and the kids so i havnt been able to train as much as i like im going to have to change up what i do to try to get work in. i had a size gentics but didnt like it very much i may have to give it a try again

For the men who have experienced the difficulties you are having the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] fixed this. been training just a little still havnt got into the swing of things yet. The 1 thing ive been doing most nights is a little [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] after i leave jiu jitsu class. I turtle like CRAZY after jiu jitsu so when i came home and wash up i do a short 5-10 min routine.
 
im making a new program now im trying to keep it to about 30 min a day. Im not sure if i should focus on girth 1 day and length the next. Then if i have time fill in the other part i didnt train that day.

ive tried a similar program to that, for me anyway it wasnt intense enough and didnt allow for a good routine. personally i prefer to do some lingth in the am, and some girth in pm, and keep all the workouts pretty consistent, which leads to more of a routine. maybe try both setups for a period of time and see which you prefer and which gives better gains

I think this is a good starting point for a new program but I would progressively add to the exercises and how much intensity you use to keep gains coming. Maybe eventually you could split your routine am and pm to dedicate more time to both length and girth. For now, I would go with what you have written and keep an eye on temporary gains to make sure it is profitable.

well its all trial and error really, may work great for you. try it out for a month, if it isnt really doing much then just increase the volume (to both length and girth every day)
 
The best way to test a routine is to stick with it for at least a month and keep a solid journal through the entire testing phase. Keeping an eye on expansion and elongation and being sure you are seeing these temporary gains. If after a month gains have not been met then increasing the intensity or adding new exercises and tools may be necessary.
 
thanks for all the input guys im going to start the new program tomorrow. I do plan on adding extras when i can like some bathroom break stretches.
