So as a small update I haven't been able to train the past few days . Reason being my 2nd daughter was born so I've been at the hospital the past few days . We are heading home today finally

now we are finally settled down at home so its time to get back on track. Good thing for me is my lady knows i pe so i can get away to the bathroom for an hour without being questioned

if you hang in a straight up direction using a simple pulley system you could hang and feed your baby at the same time!!

Sup guys 1st few days haven't been able to get the whole program in so I've been 1 set of stretches and 5 min pump then 100 jelqs

Good to see you are still training. It is good to get something in even when you can't do everything just to keep yourself in the game. Consistency rules with PE and keeping involved will bring gains fastest.

well this is my 2nd i have 2 daughters and in all honesty atleast until this point it isnt as hard as alot of people make it seem. I think its important to still have goals even when you have kids. The day you give up on things you want is the day your dead. Yes you will have alot of late nights and early morning but when you get to the goals its worth it

Children are always easy for me. I am a Grandfather now with 2 Grandchildren and they are a joy.

I did this at about 430 am. After that i put on a cock ring for a few hours. After i did my girth work i went to the park to run some hill sprints before work at 730.
