i added in the btw stretches and i gotta say it is a great strech after toying around i found the best way to grip it
I also played around with some dld blasters I’m not sure if I’m doing it right so I’m going to do a lot more reserch

I'm still tweaking my routine but I'm going to be adding in these for sure. I felt pulls and a hot feeling in my ligs and base that I don't ever feel with normal stretches .
