What is the most effective way to utilize the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words]? As far as time using it/best time to use it, tension, increasing intensity with each session, and how far to stretch past your EL. I think answering any or all of these questions would be beneficial for a lot of members.

I haven't subscribed to the YouTube-Channel yet, at least I don't think so, but I definitely will, when I login to YouTube again (which is rare btw xD)

Now, I havent't watched all the FAQ questions yet, BUT I started a few minutes ago and am very grateful for that, DLD :D
So I hope my question hasn't been answered yet, here I go...

In regard to kegels about harder erections and other known benefits...
I have been doing kegels with R.K. for a while on/off, but most of the time for many weeks (two to six weeks).
But I always stopped after a while, because I didn't see any benefits, especially when it comes to getting harder erections.
And that's kinda disappointing.
I try to have an even ratio between Kegels & R.K. with various holding times.

im not sure kegels do much for my eq either. They are good to know how to do tho.

My question is: "is doing Penis Enlargement like working out in the sense we have to be consistently doing these exercises to maintain the size/girth enlargement and lose it if we stop or are the gains permanent?"
 
Hi DLD, my question is about rest days. I find that more than 2 days girth work in a row (pumping/jelquing supersets) makes me sore and begins affecting my EQ so that it becomes more difficult to perform the exercises at the maximum efficiency. From the sheer standpoint of cell and tissue regrowth, is this fatigue something I should try to "push through" in spite of the reduced quality of the exercises? Or is it a sign that I need to take a day off to let the tissue regrow so that I can always perform the exercises at the max?

Is there a limit to how much we can gain? ( i know silly question and I know the answer but im asking it just to be sure if some day a newbie ask himself this question we recorded the answer)

now my routine is one hour a day in the evening,
I dedicate half an hour to A-Stretchs(30sec one rep)
and the other half to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words](30sec and jelquing in between reps)

I don't count the reps but I measure the time for the routine,
I want to split it in mini section of 10 minutes,
like you suggest in the video I can split in three 10 minutes of A-Stretchs,
and then three 10 minutes of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words],
my doubt is how can I deal with the warming up in this short sections?
what do you think about my routine? :)

What can I do about discoloration, because it doesn't seem to heal...
Although I only have it when I am flaccid (at the foreskin) when I am errect everything seems to be fine,
but it's still annoying.

For this reason, do you think it's best to work on length gains for a few years and then use some daily jelqs as a "maintenance routine" of sorts?

Question for Dld:
If I stretch for more inner penis will I get more base girth and Should I target one stretch until I stop seeing gains and move to another stretch or do a combination of stretches?

Na, you're boned like the rest of us. Just be glad it looks fine with an erection and thank god you can still get one. :)
 
Wow, I have been absent for a minute from the video world, my greatest apologies. We hopefully will get some time freed up soon to film, it has been just non stop work with the new building and keeping enough cash flow to keep the project a float. Since I am paying for every bit of this it is starting to sting a bit but in time all things will ultimately be better for the entire Brotherhood. As I said, elsewhere, if we can't film soon I will webcam it.
 
I might have not posted this at the right time, but I'd still love you (DLD) to answer some quesions of mine...

1- Does base BTC stretching promote ligament gains? We all have done "before glans" stretching and some of us tend to stretch skin more than actual penis. This is why base stretching might sound like a better alternative. But stretching around the base is said to promote inner penis (expressive stretching) stretching. So what do you think?

2- What is your personal opinion on MikeShlort's thread- "http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?66865-IMPORTANT-Everyone-Should-Read-This!!&highlight= " where he says that doing any girth exercises (other than jelqing) can hinder length gains dramatically and cause ligament fibrosis where your chances on gaining length are drastically hindered?

3- What do you think of 2ce girth session-ing? Where you have your girth session in the morning, put on a cock ring to keep the post girth session expansion AND have another light girth growth stimulating exercise later on in the day to keep the fading away girth expansion from your 1st session? As most of us know- girth (unlike length) requires a good EQ level and much more rest. Intense girth work should not be done every day.... So what do you think about this???
