I have this new routine ive been doing that is absolutely blowing up my dick with fatigue. Its just a modified LG Hanger routine.

All sets down upwards. First set wear until you feel heavy fatigue and must quit, then take off. Don't pull your penis out of the chamber though. Just lower the weight and drop the pressure and take a 5 minute break while your dick is elongated by the weight of the chamber. After 5 minutes raise the weight again and wear it until you reach fatigue. Rise and repeat with only 5 minute breaks and never take off the LG Hanger Chamber from your head, use it to keep yourself elongated. Do this 3-4 times. My dick is absolutely destroyed afterwards. The fatigue is so intense.

The only way I can describe tunica fatigue to those who haven't felt it, is that it is like muscle fatigue. Imagine doing a high rep set at the gym and the soreness slowly gets greater and greater in the set until you have to stop. Thats what its like in the tunica, hot soreness. Except your tunica is not a muscle, just very tough tissue.

This is generally how the sets go for me, they slowly drop in time which is good.

50-60 minutes

40-50 minutes

30-40 minutes.

Done. Roughly 2 hours in total.

Awesome that you have created your own workout and on that looks very promising.

Tried to take a viagra for a measuring pic today. Was disappointed that it didn't work as well as I thought. Took 50 mg and it didn't do that much tbh.

Viagra doesn't work like a magic pill for me...I still need the proper 'inspiration' for it to have the intended effect. Maybe some hottie can assist?

I think Temp was making a 'slight' w/regards to 'hiring hotties', but my source isn't Craigslist

What is the best source to get a bitch for the night?

Took 2 days off of PE for a break. Something weird happened though. I lost like 0.2 inches in stretched flaccid length. I was feeling around my base(which is what I usually do to track gains) and it feels as it the base tightened up again against my pelvis. Its weird how that can happen so quickly. I'm sure it will come back again but I really need to figure out a way to prevent it.

Sometimes overall stress of living can have an effect...at least that happens to me

Stress is a big deal in life and should be avoided at every cost. When we stress out we start to take on Cortisol. Cortisol is a steroid hormone which regulates a wide range of processes throughout the body including metabolism and the immune response. It also has a very important role in helping the body respond to stress. Too much stress brings too much Cortisol which brings on symptoms of pain and depression. Find time to meditate and clear the mind, you will lead a longer happier life!
