Been watching what I eat for the last week or 2 and im definitely losing weight already. I've been grinding it out with PE as well. Im really trying to get this next half inch in flaccid stretch so I can hit 10 inches bone pressed flaccid stretched.

My non bone-pressed flaccid stretch after a work out is now 8.7, thats a long way comin from 7.5 inches nearly 1 year ago. Which reminds me, in about 1 months time i'll have been here and been doing PE for 1 year now. My NBPEL right now is around 7.6/7.7
 
Working at 18 pounds right now, the stretch feels good. Wearing a heated rice sock against my dick while wearing the hanger.

Did my first real workout at the gym yesterday. Been a year since I was there. I still have a lot of muscle that I had from when I stopped working out, but I think it stayed because I gained a lot of weight as well. Im like 25 pounds heavier than when I stopped working out. I want to get a really slim fatpad. Right now its 1.2 inches. If I can get it to half an inch or lower thatd be awesome.

It all starts with the first step, the gym is a great place to step. I would also highly recommend that you create a diet that will allow you to lose the weight without losing the muscle. Also, remember that muscle memory is a very real thing so any gains you made will come back very quickly. For me the fat pad was eliminated by reducing fat, sugar and sodium from my diet, an increase in lean proteins and complex carbs. I would also go through a couple of gallons of water a day. Some say multiple meals are the best route, I disagree. I eat one meal a day that contains everything I need to lower my weight.
 
This is the only erect pic I have pre-PE. The 2nd erect pic is from over a month ago. Its a good comparison pic at least. The vein I have at the midshaft is a good indicator of how much ive grown. Just compare the lengths from the base to the vein in each photo. In both photos im holding back as much fatpad as I can to reveal the true size.

Had some good workouts yesterday. My bone pressed flaccid length is now 10 inches sitting down and 9.75 inches standing up along the side. Thats after my hanging sessions.

I definitely will! Its so hard to hold a camera with one hand and stretch with the other though. I think i'll try to use my webcam to do this.

Have some new gains. I edged after finishing 2 hours of hang today, moved up to 20 pounds. I found my bone pressed erect length is now 8.8 inches and my non bone pressed length is about 7.75 now.

Feeling really good fatigue again now that i've moved up to 20 pounds. Probably will stay here for a few weeks before I go to 23 pounds. Still have a few more sets to do today but after the first two were really intense I measured 9.8 inches bpfsl afterwards, was crazy. Its great how I can physically feel where the tissue is stretching, on the lower half of my dick. The tension is very intense.

That is exactly where you want to be, fatigued with intensity, this is the fastest way to gain in hanging.
 
Only did 2 hours of hanging yesterday but damn am I sore. I did 3 back to back sets of 40 minutes with almost no break whatsoever(+5 minutes) and I was so fatigued afterwards. Then I did 10 minutes of edging.

I think the idea is that you want to stretch as much as you can with hanging and manual stretching and then when you are done with your workout, do something that forces a lot of blood to the penis, like clamping, jelqing, edging to fill up the newly expanded tissue with blood. What I usually do is reverse dry jelq for 5 minutes afterwards because all the soreness is on the lower 1/4th or so of my penis, that tissue has been stretched the most and under the most tension and is very tender and sore afterwards.

Basically all I do is get like a 40% erection and then grip my penis near the base and pull the skin as far up the head as I can, then squeeze and push downards to force all the blood into the lower part of my penis.
