Awesome. I was able to do a 50 minute set today at 14g's with no blisters whatsoever. My glans have adapted super well to the pressure.
 
Oh by the way, I finally reached 8.5 inches non bone pressed flaccid stretch. That means ive gained an inch in NBPFSL since ive started. Not sure how much ive gained in erect length. This new medication ive taken recently give me problem with erectile dysfunction, so I don't have strong erections anyway. I'll use viagra or cialis if i ever need to.

What I do is after taping and wrapping, I put my head in all the way to the chamber, then roll down the silicon sleeve. From there I pump pressure up to 7-8g's. Once I attach the weight and lower it down, it tension raises to around 14-15g's. I keep the hose attached as well. I notice the pressure drops for me if I detach it. It also lets me keep track of the pressure while im lowering the weight.

It depends how much weight you're using as well. When I was at 10 pounds, I was using 10-12g's with the weight dropped, so that means id pump the chamber to 6-7g's, then drop the weight, and it would raise to 10-12g's.
 
Only about 3 weeks in my LG hanging and im already seeing and feeling very noticeable results, plus its so easy too. This is a thousand times more comfortable than gaining with [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. I can watch movies or work on the computer while im at it.

My bpel was 8.7 after I edged from 2 50 minute hanging sets with 13 pounds. I think edging after you have is good because it fills up the newly stretched tissue with blood.

I ordered an air clamp from Monty at PEWeights, I've heard its the most safe and one of the best clamps out there. Safe because its just a tube in a sheath you put around my penis to pump it up.

I think what i'll do is combine clamping after hanging, so the hanging stretches the tissue, then the clamping fills it up with an enormous amount of pressure and blood so my penis can get used to having more blood in it.

Great that you have found something that is working for you, that is always great news!
 
I just need to get to losing some weight and i'll gain another half inch at least in NBPEL. Ive been slacking off. That would put me a bit over 8 inches NPBEL which would be pretty awesome. Also I got a 1 hour set at 13 pounds and 15g's today and didn't get any blisters. My method is working really great.

Lose that weight, it brings an instant visual gain!
 
Here's an erect pic. I haven't posted once since I started. I highlighted the area of growth and the fat pad that I need to lose that will easliy give me another 3/4ths of an inch.
 
One of my sets today was an hour long at 15 pounds! I just find it amazing that I can actually do that without any serious injury. Whenever I used my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], 3000 grams(6.6 pounds?) for 50 minutes was too much for more. Mainly because of the constriction on my head.

This device is such an enabler. I think thats what vacuum hangers the best. You arn't limited by circulation issues. And once your glans adjust, you don't have to worry about blisters either.
 
Monty's air clamp came today. I can't wait to use it. Looks pretty awesome. I've heard a lot of good things about it but damn is it pricey. It should be more in the $20 price range to be honest.
 
3 1 hour sets at 15 pounds at 13g's today. Ive been using a heating pad before sets but I don't feel like the heat is hitting the deep tissue in the tunica; it feels superficial. The hanger looks like its close to reaching my chest lol.
 
Looks like a great stretch! How long are you heating for prior to training?
 
10 minutes. The heating pad I use isn't very good though. Its settings either make it way too hot to almost burn my dick or not warm enough. I may just warm up with a hot bath or something while stretching in the bath instead.
 
Im gonna take a day or two off of hanging. I've been hanging 3-5 hours a day for who knows how long now, maybe close to 10 days, with no break. The base of my dick in my scrotal area is completely exhausted. I need to give it time to heal.

The Sunbeam Heating Pad is very cheap and has multiple settings that will give you more options. I do not believe there is any warmup or warmdown that can compare to a heating pad.
 
A picture of my flaccid stretch. Currently its 9.5 inches bone pressed and after stretching/hanging its a little above that, about 9.6. This is standing up. Laying down and measuring it, its close to 10 inches.
