One thing I noticed during clamping is that I have a huge head to my dick lol. Its 2 inches at least when clamped. Thats 2 inches long from the beginning to end, not width wise. It makes the shaft of my dick look a lot shorter than it actually is.

I wish I could clamp down farther so the skinniest/weakest part of my erection could get engorged. The part being clamped is the place where is thinnest. Im not sure what to do about this.
 
It'll grow with it bruh that's what happened to me of course I use cable clamps. With the edges digging in to the tunica, and displacing the cells makes for deformation/growth. When I take off the clamp you can see its ridiculously squished there, but five minute [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]xtreme[/words] fills it back up and some :)

I reached a new bone pressed stretched lenght of 9 3/8ths inches. This week for the first time in a few weeks it feels like my penis at the base was starting to loosen from my pelvic again, slowly. Usually when I stretch I put my fingers at the very base where it attaches to my pelvic and I can feel the areas that are still attached and tight.

One thing I noticed is that after stretching upward for a while, I had more potential gains when stretching downward. Basically I think stretching upward stretches the tunica, pulling the ligament attachment to the penis upward, then when you pull downward to stretch your ligs, the ligament is even tighter since it moved up the shaft more.
 
Yeah bro some people look at it as if downward hanging gives best gains. Really you shouldn't ignore there's ligaments all around the exit point, and you gotta hit all of them to express the cock properly. This multi directional stretching was key to mikes huge gains
 
I use manually stretching to stretch downward. Mainly because ligaments are easier to stretch than the fibers of the tunica. The tunica is really tough and requires a lot of force and time to deform. Ligaments can be loosened by manual stretching even though its slower than hanging downward.

I need to start trying to loose weight agian. I was really muscular and lean like 6 months ago and had been working out for 6 or 7 months pretty hard, but then i developed some heart problems along with other issues in real life that really affected me and made it really difficult for me to continue with the gym, and I sort of fell into a depression after that and then I slowly fell out of it and lost a lot of muscle and gained weight. Its going to be really hard for me to get back into the gym but I need to for my health. Plus my fat pad has grown since I started PE and that takes away from my gains as well.

P.S. DLD do you think you could this thread to the picture proof thread that is for members only since im starting to upload more photos?

I am glad you are tackling the weight issue, there is nothing better to get out of a depression than loosing the weight it brought on. I go through it every year.

Almost 6 months since I started PE with [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and manual stretches. Ive gained about 0.5 inches in erect length over my time in PE and it feels great. Ive reached my short term goal which is great.

A lot of the deformation of my penis has happened underneath the base. The crudely drawn picture illustrates basically how it happened. I started out with a smaller base naturally that thinned out as it went deeper into my body, and because of that, the many hours of high tension on the base of my penis put pressure on the thinnest parts to deform even more so than they were before.
 
Are you sure you didn't just get fatter topside instead of thinner base?
 
I was exactly the same. Baseball bat dick lol. I got thinner on the 2 side corpus but the bottom corpus got thicker. Was weird. I started hanging and while I had gained length, my base gained .5" of girth. It filled in the area you marked as thinner. You could do spot expansion using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'S or try hanging. It just takes the right technique and it'll fill in. Takes a little time though.
