I think I may do that. But don't I have to have a foreskin for it? I looked at it before and the person in the video using it had a foreskin. Im circumcized. Whats bascially happening now is that even if I do get a good +2 hours session in the beginning of the day at 900-1000 grams, after that, it goes to 1 hour, then 30 minutes, and its like my penis just gets cold so quickly. The circulation never fully comes back, even after a 30 minutes break. I need something that doesn't cut off the circulation as much and isn't slipping off and all. Im not looking for anything that will pull on my skin restoring my foreskin either.

I had the same problems with you just as you have written it. And it seems the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] is our only alternative. I'm also circumcized and I don't think that should be a problem.

hey guys i had to post in cuz i had a little accident. not related to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] but to somethign else. i was trying out just some uli's kinda for girth, was my first time, and i think i did it too hard. i have small black spots all over my penis now a long with a lot of red spots, it doesnt hurt. initially i noticed after doing the ulis that my penis seemed huge, i gained 0.5 inches in girth in like 10 minutes. then i went in the bath and the spots started to come out. should i be worried? im gonna watch it and hopefully it goes away.
 
Totally normal fella, especially if you aren't conditioned up to doing higher intensity girth work. It will go away within a few days with a bit of heat, you've just ruptured some capillaries (sounds worse than it is, think of it in the same respect as a hickey on your neck from a lady friend) that's all. If you continue the girth work while they are still present you can make them bigger/darker so either go a lot lighter on the intensity til they clear or just stick to length work til it goes. I've done a lot worse on my glans + shaft & it's always cleared up, you'll be good in no time 👍

Anyway what ive been doing lately is after I use [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], between breaks which last 5-20 minutes, ill use a heating pad then do stretches for about 5-10 minutes. One thing I was curious about though is where are gains actually taking place? Right now since im a beginning, im doing pretty good with my hands. I have a lot of strength in my hands and can hold tight stretches for up to 2 minutes. I was stretching today before putting on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and after warming up, did about 25 minutes of constant stretching, with only breaks when I was switching hands. Each time holding a strech for 1-2 minutes. There was a noticeable gain in length after which was good before putting on my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. I have to be very careful when streching. When I was younger, about 14 or so, I was pulling on my penis to see how far it could stretch and felt a snap. Im almost positive it was a ligament that snapped, because afterwards I had erections aiming very downward for a while.

Hey guys wanted to stop by and share a quick observation I made. I measured my erect length today and it hasn't really changed. If it has its too small to notice. One thing I was thinking is that a lot of the stretching I get from manual exercises and the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] seems to be targeted more at the ligaments. I don't feel as if the tissue is actually stretching in my penis. I have no doubt my BPFSL has increased a bit, but if its just ligament gains, then it makes sense why it hasn't translated to the erect tissue of my penis.

Today it is best to address all parts of the penis for optimum growth. Thanks DLD. Ive now incorporated bundled stretches into my workout. Right now, my daily routine goes as follows. Warm up with heating pad for 5 minutes, stretch for 20 minutes while wrapping the heating pad around my penis as well I can, then 2 hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. 5 minute break with heating pad then 20 minutes with stretching with the heating pad on, then I put the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] back on for another hour. I do this until I have about 6 hours done in the day. I also started my first day of jelqing. Its hard though. I struggle with ED because of certain medications I take and maintaining a 50-60 percent erection level felt very difficult. I also felt as if I was pulling more of my skin up my shaft then moving the actual blood. I think its because my erection level kept falling. I just did 5-10 minute of jelqing at the end of the day. Is it okay if I take a moment in the middle of jelqing to reach my proper erection level again?
 
Alienware lots of people say that you shouldn't let a workout get cold (both bodybuilding, and PE) which I agree with, but it doesn't hurt you to take your time either. Buy a pump and jelqing will be loads easier. If you can't afford a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] just buy a cheapy from the sex shop for now, they work fine (albeit give you fluid easily).

Hey DLD is there anyway I can turn htis thread into a progress thread? I figured since ive been posting on here quite a bit that I might as well make it a progress thread.

My end goals are 9 inches bpel and my starting goals were a little over 8 inches bpel. My starting NBPEL was around 7.25 but I think I could easily affect my NBPEL if a lost a bit of weight. I have a very clear inch between my bpel and nbpel, so hopefully I could make the NBPEL about around 7.5 or over.

Also since ive started 3 weeks ago, ive moved up in size by a half inch bar.
