Hi ive been using it and so far it seems good. I have some questions though.
1. How far should I really be stretching my penis? I usually focus on having it right on the first marker at 900g I believe. I have the 1500 gram version. At 900 grams, I am stretched about half an inch above my erect penis, is that far enough? Its not the farthest I can stretch but anymore and I can't wear it for more than 30 minutes without intense pain.
2. Ive fiddled around enough with comfort and ive gotten to the point where I found out how to keep irritation away from my scrotum and head of my penis, but still I find great soreness in my PC muscle because of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] pushing down on it.
3. Up or down? Should I alternate between the two?

So far I have noticed minimal results after only about 8 or 9 days of using this with a 4 day break in between because of vacation. Ive slowly built up to 9 hours at max during one day. So far ive noticed a significant improvement in my erection quality, they seem much harder at the base of my penis and my penis stands up more, and some flaccid length changes, some stretched flaccid length changes, but no erect length changes.
 
Being that you are a beginner, I think your 900g stretch is good for now. Try to get a solid padding around the base of your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. You can wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] facing up. Get a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] and do downward bundled stretches.
 
It's not so much about length of the device, but tension level. I keep mine at 1200 but I'm no expert. I started off at 900, building up time. Just learn how to use the tension screws correctly. You should never turn the actual rods, just the tension screws. If you find that in order to get to 900 grams, you have to screw far out enough that you start to see threads, then add length to the bars. I wear it down.
 
One thing ive noticed so far is that at the beginning of the day, I can easily wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for a 2 hour set, but by the end, I can only do it for about 45 minutes and that takes serious focus. I get really fatigued.
 
Alien, same for me. I can start the day doing 2+ hours straight, but by the 5th or 6th hour put in for the day, I get the burning sensation from the stretch much earlier, and can only do about an hour at a time.
 
that burning sensation is the skin stretching which is a good sign. i use cortopin hydrocortisone cream on my penis after a days stretching it helps alot

This is why skin stretching is so important. I have always practiced shin stretching when actively gaining as if the skin is too tight it can prohibit gains. There are many ways to stretch the skin but my favorite is to become fully erect and jerk off with as much skin pulled forward as possible and restricting each stroke to the top quarter of my penis. This is very effective when anyone is trying to gain. The two things that limit gains, that can easily be dealt with, are skin stretch and Tunica deformation.

Same thing apply to most of us because the penis has rested enough the previous night.

It is very important in the beginning to check blood circulation every 20 minutes, if things look good at that point add ten minutes until you find what your personal max is. Most wear for 60 minutes at a time but I have seen some go much longer. The most important thing is to find what works best for you time wise. Never leave it on for hours because you could cause issues.
 
One thing im finding is that I am having a much harder time wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] as the day and week goes on. For now, im doing it about 6 days a week and 6 hours a day at minimum, 8-9 at most. But after about 3 hours or so, the skin beneath my glans is very very sore and its getting harder and harder for me to wear it, even at 900 grams of tension for only 30 minutes.
 
Apply hydrocortisone whenever you can it's really good for skin healing.
 
probably time to change your wrapping pattern. How do you wrap currently? DLD please suggest the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] or what they call it.

Quick update here. Im averaging about 7 hours a day now in [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. So far since ive started, I feel like ive grown, I just can't tell by how much. One thing im noticing though is that my penis feels a bit fatigued. I measured it at the end of one day and it seemed a bit shorter by like an 1/8th of an inch. I think ill take a rest day one day a week on sunday from now on. Maybe I have the tension too high, I generally try to keep it at about 900 grams or where all 3 of the rods are visible(the top most marker being just barely visible since thats where I keep the tension on).
 
Great job! Just be persistent with it bro, find out how to tweak the tension custom to your growth pattern. One day you'll max it out.:O

Keep checking the penis but I don't think you should worry that your penis seems shorter at the end of the day's work. Also be careful with off days. If you don't have pains I suggest you train without taking off days.
 
Fatigue can cause a big drop in length and girth so don't take it hard Brother. Just remeasure when your eq is 100% and if this is difficult measure flaccid-stretched, bone-pressed and this will give you an accurate measurement every time.
 
Im fiddling around with different methods for making [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] more comfortable. I think i will try the plastic wrap one. Right now all ive done so far is use the nooses and memory foad padding with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] on top. Its been working so far mainly but it could still be better. My goal is to be able to put in 3-4 2 hour sessions in every day. Its just really hard because after the first two hour sessoin, I can barely do a second, I usually have to stp at 1 hour and 30 minutes. After that it just gets harder. I just feel like 45 minute sessions every go very well anyway or make that much of a different. The long two hour sessions do though. Im really just waiting to get to the pointw here I find all the comfort worked out so I can get in proper days.

I tried something different by wrapping the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] first, then foam pad, and at first it felt fine, and then when i took it off it was super painful. I have really sensitive skin and it tore a little into my penis. So I'll jjust wrap the normal way I do which is foam padding first, then [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words]. Also, my foam padding is starting to wear out. I reckon it'll last another month at best. Is there any place I can get a new one.

I use the black rubber material that came with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and the velcro mod, which is stickied from J1L at the top of this forum. Voorhees mentioned in a post I made about using the AB Silicon sleeve, he said that was been great. You have to find comfort in your wrap as your first priority. It took me a bit of fiddling, but I've been using this technique for 8 months or so now. Experiment, but I would try to stay away from items that might degrade with time, or break down, like those foam pads.
