Bundles really do the job, one of my favorite stretching positions. Length only routine gives you a lot of time to dedicate...I hope you make some incredible gains!

Sweet! I could do the Bundled Blasters every night i really feel the fatigue in the top of my penis,combined with wearing a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] as much as possible I'm going to increase the Blasters to say up to 30+ a night also stretch longer then 30 seconds and bundle more times around.Also thought about exercising my fingers and thumb so i can use a extended grip because sometimes my thumb starts to hurt bad when doing these,and straight out hanging has come to mind,my other routine was bad i feel i was getting good fatigue but it was like a bad feeling of fatigue like a injury.

Bundled Stretches will always be super effective in Tunica growth and you really can't over train with them. Each twist serves to intensify the stretch more and more and once you start pulling the intensity is very evident.

Hand strength is important and can be increased through using hand strengtheners. They make them for guitar players and weight lifting. You should be able to pick up one at your Walmart.

Thanks got to get that tunica stretched I feel sometimes less is more for me,we don't have a Walmart here but I'll check eBay or find a strengthener somewhere.

Ok update I've stopped the blasters because I started to get a lot of pain in the head of my penis,my LOT is at about 4 o'clock so I think there is still some gains from stretching straight down.I always get to a point were I'm totally clueless on what to do my ligs feel tough and the tunica is so hard to get gains from,at the moment I'm using the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]Penimaster Pro[/words] as much as possible.Any suggestions DLD on what to do if you were me? I feel like nothing's working at the moment.

Replace the Blasters with these two exercises:

Behind The Cheeks: This will put your ligaments in the most extreme position, forcing them to lengthen. If you are like me and have long ligaments, BHC is necessary. I also suggest Rotary Stretches: These will hit all forward angles, assuring you are not missing gains from the front side. Continue with your [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] and work these exercises in between each set. Nothing crazy, maybe 5 minutes tops.
 
Thanks for that it's exactly what I've been doing btc stretches ill add the front rotarys to,since my LOT is at about 4 im looking for more lig gains also for the tunica I'm doing erect stretches but lately my skin has become very dry on my penis for some reason causing me to get large dry red blisters on my sharft I think it's the cold weather here thanks for the tips.

Hydrocortisone Cream, it will make all the difference in the world, believe me.

Ok thanks DLD for the tips i'm currently doing 3 sets of BTC stretches hold 30 sec or longer if i can,3 sets straight down,25 front rotaries each way so 50 altogether,and stretching L,R,Up and SO also stretching SD and moving my penis from side to side 100 times 3 sets total 300.....my ligs are feeling sore all day,also using the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]Penimaster Pro[/words] for 3-4 hours a day.
I do this 3 days on 1 off i haven't felt pain in the ligs like this in a long while hoping i can get at least 1cm in Erect gain.
 
That sounds good and I would not worry too much on soreness, it is rare that I ever feel soreness any longer. How long have you been working with the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words]?
 
About 1 month mainly for a [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]all day stretcher[/words] it's comfortable but I never gained from using a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] or anything else just manuals Im hoping to gain from these I haven't felt this pain in a long time:)

I use organic pure pressed aloe. I've never had any issues wit skin irritation

I agree but I never hear of men using it aside from this one time. When I discovered it, through my physician, I was amazed. I had the worst red patches on my face from shaving that never went away. Current routine I've changed it up a bit
BTC stretches L,R and middle 3 sets
Stretch straight down L,R and middle 3 sets

Stretch straight up Left and Right 3sets
Straight down side to side stretch X 300
30 rotaries each way
Ending with 100 erect jelqs
Stretches are held for 30 seconds do this 3 days on 1 off

When I started Penis Enlargement I never did BTC or Straight up but still gained 2 inches in erect length doing the other angles so I hope there is hidden length stretching BTC also going to invest in some silicone sleeves to heal in a extended state the wrapping just never works for me right.
