My routine is as follows i no longer stretch the ligaments but am now trying to get more length from stretching the tunica,i gained 2 inches from lig stretch to put me to 8 inchs EL now i'm hoping to gain another half inch in Erect length.

Start 5 days on 2 off [working up to 6 days on 1 off]
Holding each stretch for 30 seconds.

1.Bundled A-stretch using [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] X 10
2.Bundled Mandingo stretch X 10
3.Dual Fulcrum using [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] X 10
4.My own stretch,using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] hanger attachment i lie down flat on my bed with my penis in the hanger attachment i twist around once then i stretch to the right side and leave for about 5-10 mins i do this once twisting both ways.
5.Stretch up bundled using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] attachment X 10
6.Erect stretch D,L,R,and straight out 5 reps each but only holding 10 seconds.
7.Finish with 100 jelqs adding 10 jelqs a day if i'm not to fatigued,then 5 Supra Slammers.

As time passes by ill increase the stretching time and add more jelqs and Supra Slammers.
I would like to hear from members if they feel i'm doing to much which can be counter productive,am i doing to much of the same type of stretch,or any stretches i can add to the routine that will help.

Thanks for posting, I am now subscribed. Your routine looks great, I love the variety and this will keep it very fun and motivated. I have always tried to incorporate as much variety and new innovation in every routine I create.
 
Dude this routine sounds great and is very inspiring.

I will be watching it very closely and keep it in my bookmarks to use when I run out of lig gains.


It is motivational to see someone with such a great focus on one aspect of Penis Enlargement!!

It has been 2 weeks since i started I'm still getting good erections,i have modified the stretches slightly i use my wrist instead of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length Master[/words] for the bundled A stretches and erect stretches i stretch straight out and left and right only,now at 110 jelqs at 2 seconds my tunica feels very fatigued at the end of the sets and sometimes the next day,so far things are looking good and i wear the Divo suit everyday to prevent shrinkage.

Sounds like everything is in check! I am glad you are addressing the healing portion of your training through the Divo, I do the same with UncleJimsStrap.

I couldn't jelq or do erect stretches last night my penis was to sore,i'm going to try again tonight hopefully i'm not overdoing it.DLD do you think doing Penis Enlargement for 3 weeks straight no breaks then having 1 week off to rest you will see good gains? I was never a big fan of breaks because they usually would mess up my motivations and after the time off it became hard to start again. Today, I feel differently. As long as you are disciplined I think taking time off can benefit the gains you make. The penis can become accustomed to training to the point it may not respond as it dod at one time. Taking some time off serves to reset this mechanism for a lot of men so when they restart gains begin to come again. If you get to the point the gains are slowing again I suggest shocking your penis with a completely new routine, this always gets the point across to those slow gains.

ok thanks already im already seeing a longer flaccid length when I stretch straight out its only been 3 weeks feeling good today not to much fatigue I'm hoping to get in some erect stretches in again with the routine.

Lost about half a inch in erect length so that's bad erection quality going to change my routine up a bit to do the exercises that I feel are working best for me,some of them I do I don't like one bit
 
Just had 3 days off I needed it back into it tonight going to do bundled blasters and bundled stretching upwards I never did stretch up in my newbie days do hopefully I'll get some gains there.also DLD is there a way to raise my erection angle? Years of lig stretches have given me a erection angle of about 4-5 o'clock

DLD do you think I would benefit doing the 1inch in 12 weeks routine? I have all the equipment But I think I have maxed out all my lig gains or does that not matter?

Everyone would benefit through that routine. Ligs are never limited completely, only limited through certain angles. Using a high grip with long logs will do little for growth but using low position stretches, like downward to Behind the Cheeks will always stretch the ligaments. In your case, with long logs, you will want to concentrate much of your manual efforts at extreme downward angles. If you like you could pot the routine and I will make the subtle adjustments for you.

I did 20 bundled blasters last night with good fatigue then 10 bundled straight out,if I adjust the 12week routine to spend as much time in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] as possible and when your ment to stretch do the stretching mostly down and bundled blasters.Wont use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] as I'm only after length not girth.
