Early gains are going to come from your suspensory ligament. If you do one exercise do Admirals. Before I even knew about MOS i invented this routine for myself and gained 1.5".

Get an erection.

Hold your balls in your hand with your palm facing up.

Now move your hand back toward your ass so that your balls hang over the front of your hand and reach up to grab your shaft through your skin. ( for the record i have low hung balls so yours may not hang entirely over the front of your hand.)

Slowly pull your shaft down as far as you can. You should feel the stretch in the ligs that hold your cock against your abdomen.

Do this for however much you want each day. Don't tug sharply, use even pressure to extend into your stretch.

if you think you are doing it wrong, keep messing with your grip till you feel the stretch.

You should expect a 20% gain length in a little over a years time. It's like yoga for your dick. it hits the same ligs that surgery would cut for penis enlargment, but it's free and safe.

Good advice Admiral and I agree with the time issue, maybe after 10 months but 10 days, that is a pipe dream.
 
In relation to what has been said above by Admiral, if you get morning wood or just any other strong erection in bed, then lie on your front and position your dick so it is pointing down at your toes. This will bring on the hardcore lig stretch that was use talked about. If the erection is really strong the stretch will feel pretty nasty, but good. It is easy to do and requires next to no effort. Plus it makes good use of that time when you lie around in bed before you get up.

I still do this. I grip a lot lower now though. It's a bit bigger than when I started. ;)

I did a similar excercise in which you lie on your side with a boner, and basically do a btc stretch. That shit was crazy efficient.
 
I did not check to see my gains until I was 6 months in, I really did not expect anything until that point. When I finally did measure I learned I gained 2". I think checking too soon causes undue anxiety. I think the only measurement that should be checked in the first few months is flaccid, stretched, bone pressed. Expecting erector gains in a few weeks is totally unrealistic and setting yourself up for failure. Penis Enlargement is a lifetime commitment, and why not?

It's not about grabbing your balls, it's about grabbing the shaft below where your suspensory ligs connect so you get lots of pull right on the ligs.

You want to be pulling down as close to where your cock goes into your body as possible. This pulls your ligs till they give up and you get easy gains.

I would assume the position could be at the extreme base of the penis, the base of the scrotum, or both, as long as the grip is low it will be accomplishing similar areas.
 
I've been doing something similar to Beginners Routine Phase 1 but in my opinion more intense for about 15 days and I have not seen any particular results yet I will be continuing with this but I need to see results as I stretch for like an hour everyday and jelq sometimes and I'm stuck at 4"7 erect length and I can stretch to a max of 14 cm. Any suggestions?

I only started back in 2020 but only manual strecthing gained around a 1/4 inches for two years then stopped. I only started back April 2024 and now in august i am around 5.5 bpel by using a stretcher. Everyone reacts differently to different exercises. You might need to switch up things. By the way surgery is the worst thing you could do apart from the costs its the risks involved in permanantly damaging your penis so you should do alot of research on that topic.

Your gains are slow. I suggest you switch to bundled stretches. The LengthMaster is what I suggest for you.
