Dildos good. I want to see how to do a bundled stretch. I want a excerise that adds length and girth evenly. Jelqing used to be my shit but it's gotten old and I find it adds inflammation to my dick which is not good in my situation (I have plaque)

Are bundled stretches a good step up from those excerices I think I read somewhere that doing them will limit your gains after as it will toughen up your dick. Anyone with experience care to refute that. I'm sick of wasting time and pegym that site seems like nothing but time wasters and pussies
 
I have never been to pegym I will have to check it out.
Bundled stretches are very easy to do with the Length master. If you don't have one I would just warm up really good maybe even warm wash cloth or rice sock.
Honestly, personally I hate turning my dick that way it freaks me out haha

btw not that I think any forum is totally devoid of *any* good ideas. Did stop bothering to visit other PE sites over a year ago. I'll go look if someone mentions something that may be worth taking a look at.

The idea of twisting my dicks definitely scares me but it's safe no?
I just like the idea of a stretching type excercies that increases girth.
I find internal pressure excerices are good for my girth at first but then cause an inflammation response then kinda get back to square 1
 
I've done bundle stretches before,not a lot,but i've done some,and i don't know what's so dangerous about em.As long as your dick is flaccid nothing wrong is going to happen.

Believe you will rather broke your arm or your leg faster than your dick.

I tried them, and they gave me discomfort. It's to be expected since it was my first time, but I'd definitely say it was working the tissues very well
 
I wish pe were more scientifically studied and researched instead of relying almost entirely on anecdotal word of mouth type theories and evidence. Case in point- bundled stretches. I do them but sometimes I question whether they're really all that effective. I hope they are.

Also, why the hell are they called bundled stretches? Wouldn't it make more sense to call them twisters or twisted stretches or something like that? Just a thought.
 
^Well you don't need calculus to see how PE works. Step 1. Apply force to cause change Step 2. Heal (srt heal for best results)

I think big pharmacy makes too much money and weener doctors make tens of thousands doing each surgery. They will never tell the general public penises can be grown without surgery or medicine...
As for your second point I wonder the same thing all the time lol
