I've got an issue here and was wondering if you guys can help me figure out what's up. Now my fat currently covers between 2-3 inches of my dick which is pretty sad and I'm working on loosing it. Whenever I do SSJ or regular jelqs I don't see any temp girth gains for some reason and I'm thinking this is because I can't grip at the base of my dick aka trap blood flow properly even while kegeling. Only thing that gives me temp girth gains is the bathmate but the funny thing is when I use it with a cock ring and take it off the next day my temp girth is less then I get when I use it without a cock ring. I'm thinking this is because blood flow is not trapped at the base of my dick and when I remove the ring it basically spreads it out. The basic bathmate pumping is the only thing giving me temp girth gains and I'm wondering if this is my issue or am I screwing up somewhere else? Length wise I've gained and inch in a year which is awesome but girth hasn't shifted at all.

I'm around 70 pounds over weight and have the exact same issue when doing girth exercises.

Awesome hopefully we can figure this out for sure. I'm about 50 pounds overweight but all my fat is in the stomach area
 
Guys I think it comes down to your circulatory system. People who are overweight typically don't have as good of a circulatory system as a smaller version of themselves. Blood pressure is normally higher because of fat surrounding the organs and circulatory system thereby causing the heart to work harder to get blood to where it needs to go. That said the penis is in the same boat as every other organ of the body and probably even worse off because I would assume since the penis is not necessary to survive the body doesn't give it a blood flow priority. That said when over weight it will be harder to get a good erection (blood flow) and of you are doing girth work typically a good erection is required. Not only that but when you aren't doing PE having good blood flow will mean your penis recovers and grows.

Now the above is the bad news, but there are a couple things you can do about it.

Start doing cardio and this will strengthen your circulatory system and also help you burn fat.

Start lifting weights and this will also strength your circulatory system, help you gain muscle (which will increase your metabolism) which in turn will help you burn fat.

Eat right and stick to your life changes.

There are also chemicals like cialis and Viagra but I don't recommend that without first trying the above mentioned.

Now there is no sense having a big penis if the rest of your body is not in balance. Your body is not going to reward you with great erections if you don't take care of it. Let today be the first day of the rest of your lives. You guys can do this! I look forward to reading about your progress.

Once you lose weight the penis will noticeably be larger. So just combine weight loss and PE regiments amd in 3 months you should see a huge difference. I just started this method and everyday i feel a little bit more ferocious.
 
Being overweight is a tough position in Pe because gains will be made but many times they will still be hidden under the fat pad. It is so important for an overweight person to take up a health program while taking up a PE program, this will bring gains the fastest that are visible. What is great about this too is if you did not do anything but lose the weight you would see big gains visually. I dropped 145 pounds about 7 years ago and I was able to realize another 2" in visual length without and PE gains.
 
Thanks for the replies guys, does it make sense though that none of the jelqing techniques are getting me temp girth gains? I do get to 100% erection while watching ����.

Being overweight would not effect your girth or gains in girth. If you are not seeing expansion with jelqing either you need to be more intense or you need to switch to a more powerful girth exercise. The Slow Squash Jelq is King for girth and expansion, even betters when this exercise is combined with the BathMate, called BathMate Girth Blasters. This is done by spending 5 minutes in the tube pumping and 5 minutes doing the Slow Squash Jelq and repeat for as many times as you like. This brings massive temporary expansion and permanent gains happen that much faster. With girth you want to see expansion and if the jelq is not doing the trick try what I offer, it will get you gaining.

I tried the slow squash jelq but for some reason it's making no difference compared to just using a bathmate? here's what I'm doing

Bathmate for 10min then I

1) Watch ���� on my phone till i get 100% erection
2) Kegel lots then hold
3) Clamp the base with an ok grip
4) squeeze my glans
5) Raise my ok grip by about an inch
6) push against my glans using the palm of my hand
7) hold this position for 2-3 minutes

Does this sound right? Maby my clamp needs to be alot more intense?

You should be really squashing hard with both hands, moving them together and against one another using lots of motion and intensity. I would cut back on the pumping to 5 minutes followed immediately by 5 minutes of the SSJ and then repeat this as many times as it takes to see expansion. It will happen, you only need to master the exercise.

By 5 minutes do you mean holding the position for 5 minutes? or till I get loose 100% erection and redo?

I'm also finding its taking me 10-15 minutes to get 100% erection that could be why
 
I wonder how many men would be fat if when you gained weight you gained it on the penis as well:)
 
Oh I'd definitely stay fat then lol. I even tried dry jelqing for a good 20min with 50-75% erection and couldn't make any temporary gains. I can't even come close to reaching the base of my penis though.

Put your main efforts into weight loss and just maintain a decent routine in PE, eventually the fat will come off if you follow a good exercise and diet routine. You will notice it too through your PE as you lose the weight because you will be able to grab more and more penis, lower and lower on the shaft. Imagine if you lost the weight down to .5" at the bad of your penis, you would make gains with no penis growth at all. Sometimes the process just needs to be in its own order for it to work. Remain consistent with the PE but put more efforts into health and weight loss, everything will fall into place.

Totally agree do something about your weight being overweight has so many problems associated with it,if you are going to drop the pounds don't do anything extreme because you most likely will plateau or become complacent like low carbs or extreme exercising and extreme calorie reduction,the best I think is like lite n easy something were you have everything prepared to eat it kind of works out the same with the money spent in the program and buying regular food.

I am in very good shape and don't ever get temporary girth gains from manual girth work like SSJ or regular jelqs. I do get them with the BathMate and my air pump though. Also after clamping i do have temporary gains and a nice heavy hang for a good amount of time. have been getting more into clamping recently.

Whether weight loss will allow for temporary gains from manual girth work or not for you individually you'll only find out once you lose the weight. Weight loss will come with great benefits both in PE and in every aspect of your life. Good luck.

Hey thanks for this. We might have the same penis type lol. What kind of gains have you seen using the bathmate and do you also air pump in the same day? Hows your erection quality? I understand you can also use a bathmate as an air pump but it's less efficient? and have you tried supersetting the bathmate with clamping? That seems like it'd provide a pretty awesome pump. Sorry for all the questions.

I suggest water pumping over air pumping, it is more natural and gentle and causes less skin complications.
