so how exactly do you get surgery do you call up surgeons that are specifically for doing pe surgery or just any surgeon??

No, my penis is just as sensitive, and my erections are equally as hard; if not a tad harder. No, it doesn't leave imprints.sweets said:WOW, does these grafts disensitize your penis at all, and are your erections as hard.

Hey BTC, I do have a few questions:
1) I have a desk job; how soon til you can come back to work?
2) Does it look fake? "Thickest one" said that he still is vascular like before...are there scars/lumps etc that would let someone know that you've been enhanced?
3) Have you pumped after your surgery or do you just stick with your hanging?
4) what was your starting and ending girth?
As Ive said in earlier posts, I've known of Dr Rhineschild for over 12 years. He is the only doctor I would even consider. If he was in another country, I'd still go to him.

I was up and about a few hours after my surgery, but I would recommend 2 weeks recovery. After all, you'd be on pain meds and all.stillwant9 said:

My honest opinion on surgery is its something that can be much avoided if you invest time and some cash [alot less than surgery] into some Penis Enlargement equipment. Penis enlargement has come to me via NO SURGERY and I pack over 7 inches girth and no surgeon can promise you that.
If you can guys, do it natural ... going under the knife not only drinks your cash but also takes your dignity away [I think it does to some extent].
Its something for guys with more cash than sense to think about

Because you've had it done...and I don't KNOW him, just know of him & his reputation as being one of the very best. But since you've had it done, only you can really share with us what its like.
He was supposedly the one who reconstructed John Wayne Bobbit after his original reconstruction surgery went bad.
I'm glad to hear that you can still Penis Enlargement like everyone else.

Redzulu, I agree with you. If you can be patient and work at it, its probably the best way.
However, I turn 40 this year. If I were 22 (like you) I'd feel like I had all the time in the world. Call it a midlife crisis or whatever, but this is probably the way I'm going to get most of my gains.
I'm looking forward to AlphaBlade to help me with Body/Mind/Soul & maybe even extra in the Penis Enlargement department but this is method I'm going to use.
I'd rather spend 10K+ on my penis than a sportscar anyway.

I will do every possible method to increase my penis size. I will take advantage of ALL possibilities. Natural/mechanical and medical. I have great dignity of the size of my member.
