Trying to regain length after surgery

Hello all new member here. I was in an accident three years ago that caused prison’s and clots in my testicles and throughout my penis. My penis was approximately 9”x 4.5-5”erect at the time. The invasive nature of the surgery caused shortening due to contracture of the ligament and also significant girth expansion of a temporary and perm nature. The doctor advised me to use a pump to regain the lost length. I am now using a manual 9x6” pump daily to assist in regaining length and maintaining girth. The urologist suggested a max pump of 1 hr per day. Has anyone had a similar experience? Any advice? Two pics are immediately post surgery and one is me utilizing pump now.

I can’t see the pics unfortunately and I don’t know what kind of pump you currently own.

One hour of pumping seems overkill to me start with 10 minutes and take a short 5 minute break every 10 minutes to avoid blisters. Every three weeks increase the time slowly. I wouldn’t do a hour in the pump. That’s my advice
 
I suggest to try interval pumping because length gains are much better or at least it will help maintain your length and girth.

Interval Pumping:
Pump up real quick stretching the tunica out and hold for 2 minutes and release real quick And pump back up at the same pressure fast as possible.

You should separate length work and girth work. This is more efficient.

I agree with @squirt_inducer_man I would start manual stretching using your hands and get on a good routine and see how it goes then progress to something more advanced such as the LengthMaster.

You could do manual stretching in the morning and girth at night. Just a thought.

Thanks can you give me some pointers there? I will also review posts. The suggestion from doc was fairly generic, he advised me the kind of pump to get and a traction device. However, because of the scar tissue and increased blood flow , the traction device does not allow full connection (ie my dick is never fully soft)

Can you do this exercise now when you have the scar tissue?
