Hi, i got 32 years.
I am having difficulties in staying erect for some time, and without stimulation like ���� or real life i cant get even hard so for jelqing i usually use ����. (doing pc muscle will help this)?

When doing pc muscle i only see my left testicle coming up is the other one dead??

After starting the routine i kinda start feeling my left testicle some soft sensation in there sometimes i have it others dont?

Don't be sorry got a problem ask the question,Left testicle coming up?To find the pc muscle it's like when you take a piss and you hold the urine flow that's the pc muscle.

Trouble getting erect could be any number of things like stress,overweight,to much ����,depression,drugs etc find what it is a work on it.

Been stressed lately, i am overweight also with more 22 pounds , but i guess the main reason is ����.

I have been masturbating once a day for a long time sometimes more sometimes less, and lately in the last 3/4 months i have been masturbating even more like 2 3 times a day.

The testicles can be at shorter distances and kegels would show this by one ball raising higher than the other, this is not a problem it is only a difference in length of connection. You can combat this using the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch found in the newbie routine. Practicing this workout daily will even out the distance and make all things even. ���� can be a culprit of poor erection quality under too much exposure, I suggest finding the most innocent material to view that will bring erections and keep it at that. Progression in ����������� will always turn out badly, moderation in all things my Brother.
 
Keep up with your kegels and don't forget reverse kegels, cut back on the ����, you should still be able to masturbate about three times a week or replace it with sex the choice is yours.

Have you had sex recently? If so how was your erection then? Just asking because with my own personal experience I used to think I had e.q. problems not too long ago because I couldn't stay erect without stimulation for longer than a minute if I were masturbating or rushing to put on my penis pump, and while I am masturbating my glans never really fill up but the rest of my shaft maintains a decent erection, but I found that when I'm having sex my e.q. is out of this world my dick is longer, my glans are fully mushroomed and I have no refractory period after I cum I just clean myself up, jelq a little bit to get the leftovers out and stick it back in for another round.

We need to let one off every now and again, it is a perfectly normal part of human sexuality. You could practice getting erect and getting off without ���� to pull you from the addictive nature of ����. I have tried but can't master this. I need some visual stimulation but I try to keep it as innocent as possible. I will not watch intercourse or anal ����, I prefer a solo model that is pretty and young. The biggest problem here is sifting through all the garbage ���� to find it. ���� and masturbation can be a very tough nut to crack.

You should try edging after your girth routine, masturbate but stop from ejaculating when you get the urge to, keep doing this over and over again until 30 minutes are up, once the time is up you can finally let it rip, this will help fill that temporary girth work you've done with very nutrient rich blood to help grow, will help with your premature ejaculation and if you don't have it will make you an even greater champ in bed, it can also help your e.q. As you're training your penis to stay erect longer without ejaculating as opposed to just hurrying up to ejaculate because it feels good and just putting it back in your pants.

Yah... that sounds good, but this exercise would be best if done more then once a week to build stamina but without the (let it rip part i guess :D), seems definitely an important exercise if you want to satisfy your partner , and very important for guys with premature ejaculation.

Im all edging, jelqs and keels at the moment.

Apart from routine and exercises i would like to ask if anyone knows what means when you got a testicle that is quite sensitive that if you press gently you can feel a little sensation, its not like when we are in pain.

I thought I was having e.q. problems but like I said when I had sex it was totally a false alarm because during this time my e.q. was great my dick was solid and I had a nice mushroom head. All I did at that time was jelq, edge, kegel, and spend a lot of time in my vacutech pump.

It could also be a sign of a fatigued pens which just means you're doing good work but sometimes we just need a day or two to heal and get back to 100% so that we can continue to train at 100%.

Another thing men need to understand about fatigue is that when the penis is in this state it is the best time to stretch for length gains as there is no muscle restriction of the stretch allowing all of the intensity to go to the penis. This is what DLD Blasters were built on.

Training when fatigued allows for faster length gains but making this work timing wise would mean either manually exhausting the pelvic floor muscles through lots of Kegels, which serve to wear out these muscles or after girth work when the girth work is intense enough to cause fatigue.
