Okay,

So I've lurked for a while and fucked around with Penis Enlargement in the past, never taking it really seriously. However, in the last 6 weeks, I've been consistant and well, the results have been extraordinary. Went from 6.4" NBP X 5 to 7.9"NBP X 6.

The keys to Penis Enlargement are incredibly simple, yet often overlooked.

One major key is that all stretches described on this site or any other... are not to be followed exactly, but rather modified so that they work to your individual physiology!

I often see people getting discouraged after reading some breakthrough new exercise and not having it work for them. This is often because they fail to adapt their grips and such so that they are hitting their ligaments as hard as the creator of the exercise was able to hit theirs.

Because our attachment points are all different, the exact stretching methods that we need to take to attack our ligaments are going to be different as well.

That being said, there are certain fundamentals which make exercises more effective.

The most important stretch I've come across was DLD's Dual Fulcrum stretch. This WILL MAKE YOU GAIN, as long as you apply the pressure to the right spots. The way I like to do it is to: pull down at the base with one hand (actually grab the penis and pull), while pulling straiht out with the other hand just below the head. I take this second hand and vary the stretch from left to right until I really feel the ligs loosening up.

Also, expressive stretching is very good. I make a tight circle around my penis and balls with my right hand and pull upwards. Then, with my left hand, I grab my penis behind the head and pull down. This gets VERY INTENSE.

If you alternate between the two stretches, modifying them to the point where you are really getting pressure on the ligs (I like to sit on the floor, and push with my leg muscles up against the wall as I reverse kegel, as this seems to give me a much more intense stretch), the results will be SERIOUS.

Vary from stretch to stretch and you will find you have more penis to stretch. The more penis you have to stretch, the bigger the gains you can make on that penis. So in that way, it looks as if the first half inch or so is harder to achieve than the next few.

So, make sure you're varying your grips and incorporating your stretches to hit your ligs at as intense an angle as possible. Another variation which works is to pull straight out at the base and pull down right behind the stretch, stretching BTC.

What you'll find out is that once your ligs start loosening up, you'll become more intuitive with your own body, and you will be able to find your own successful stretching angles. I know in each stretching session I end up in positions that I havent thought of before and would not be able to describe over the internet. I am positive you will as well as long as you stop focusing on the specifics and start learning to FEEL THE STRETCH instead.

The second most overlooked factor in Penis Enlargement is the importance of the JELQ.

My god guys, do not avoid this exercise. Jelqing will exponentially increase your Penis Enlargement success. Not only is jelqing by itself a way of achieving both length and girth gains, but jelqing as an enhancement to your manual stretching program is FUCKING LETHAL.

Penis Enlargement is all about the destruction and rebuilding of tissue. Well, how the hell do you expect this tissue to heal itself? It needs to be given nutrients and oxygen so that the healing can take place. In order for this to happen, blood needs to carry this stuff to the penis.

Jelqing is an incredibly efficient way to get this healing blood into the penis.

Here's how it's done:

Be no more than 10% erect. In this program, you're not jelqing to force anything. What you want to do is gradually increase the blood holding capabilities on your penis. This is primarily for length.

Lube your dick. Wet jelqing is so much easier than dry. Take your hand in an "OK" grip and push it into the fat pad, ALL THE WAY IN. I want you to grab your dick at the very beginning of where it meets your body, not just where you can first see it.

Milk your penis in a downward motion, yet at the same time, keeping the tension on the ligaments! The way this is done is by pulling your penis down toward your balls while jelqing, and eventually back between the cheeks at the bottom of the motion. This will allow new blood to flow in to the entire penis while also conditioning your ligaments to allow more stretch without tensing up.

If jelqing like this every day, eventually you will decondition the stretch reflex allowing for more productive stretching sessions.

As for time, you need to find what's right for you. I generally find myself stretching for 20 minutes and then jelqing for another 30-40.

As a result, I'm hanging like a fucking salami all day and my erections are harder than steal. All because by jelqing immediately after my stretching, I am kickstarting my recovery and by the time I awake the next morning, my penis is stronger and longer than the day before.

You make some excellent points and I would consider everything you said to be very good advice.

But I find very hard to believe a 1.5"x1" gains in only 6 weeks. Do you have before/after pictures?
 
I attribute my gains to the expressed stretching. I used a very systematic approach to Penis Enlargement:

1. Expressed stretching to release internal portion of the dick.

2. Fulcrum stretching to stretch this newly uncovered dick.

3. Strenuous jelqing to ensure newly uncovered dick is functional due to increased blood flow.

Also, I find it important to state that while my NBP increased by 1.5, my BP only increased by .7", so I feel that the expressed stretching was very effective at getting my dick to a lower insertion point, allowing more of itself to get past my fat pad.
 
So this is not Penis Enlargement - penis enlargement, this is TE, like TENDON ENLARGEMENT LMAO

Just kidding mate, you've made some good points on your thread...

You've gained .7 on you're BPL and 1.5 on your NBPL, maybe you've toned down and lost a bit of fat pad there?! Or have you gained .7" on you're previous lenght ? One thing though, newbies are going to read this and get motivated by your words...Maybe you could say something about WARMING UP and conditioning before any unprepared dicks start falling of with such intensities...Just a thought brotha...

From what I understand here, If you haven't lost lots of weight, your dick should now be kindoff below your fat pad (or on a lower much thinner part). That is compatible with you stretching the hell out of your susp lig plus having started from a very high exit point and LOT.

Now with the double fulcrums and jelquing you could have stretched the tunica good too, so...

Let's say I do believe your lenght gains (which I still find hard to believe, but maybe possible). Now explain to me how the hell you gain 1" in girth in 6 weeks.

I'm not trying to be an ass. What you are basically saying is that you are the fastest gainer in Penis Enlargement history.

Post us your routine vin, and how long it takes you to do it normally- maybe ill try and take your advice on streching also LMAO

I can understand that this would get very intense; from your description it sounds as if you're pretty much squashing your balls between your hand and your dick... Is there any other way you can explain this because to me this just sounds painful. ?:( Other than that, good points, especially about the jelqing although I use it more as a girth exercise than a recuperative pastime.

Im kind of with other members here i find 1" girth increase very hard to believe. I have gained 0.5" maybe little more in over a year. most members find girth very hard to get. to get 1" in 6 weeks!.... someone must be looking down on you there! well done if it true mate.... lucky bastard lol
 
Some good points about individual differences.

This stretch is supposed to isolate the tunica by stopping you from stretching ligs. Can you explain this a bit more please?

I gained one inch in girth, but it took me three to four months. That is truly mind-boggling!! Congratulations, pal.
 
Aight, here we go again.

As for warming up... well, that's simple. Be warm! Dont try to stretch a retracting turtle dick. As to how you accomplish this is up to you, I'm not writing the book on Penis Enlargement here, I'm just a student like everyone else.

Personally I'll just use a hot towel for 2-3 minutes and then lightly jelq until I feel I'm ready to go.

Also, I wouldnt recommend jumping into this routine right away. It depends on how conditioned your dick is, but I'd give the newbie routine on here a go for a little while first.

As for the dual fulcrum stretch just isolating the tunica... definitely not the way I'm doing it. It isn't isolating anything, just constant overall dick stretching! I guess if I had to say it, the hand that's just below my head is probably giving the tunica some work, but the hand on the base is pulling from the ligs as close as my skin allows me to get and is definitely working the ligs.

As for those questioning my girth gains...When you're really working the ligaments successfully, it is almost impossible not to gain girth. The reason for this is because the body is an intelligent machine that constantly tries to maintain survival. So when you're stretching the tissue with a lot of intensity, it is going to thicken up to ensure it doesnt tear off.

It's hard to put into words because you need to experience it firsthand in order to adapt to your individual physiology... which was the point of my first post. It's your dick. Explore it.

I havent lost any weight. So the fat pad hasn't moved. My penis just comes out ahead of it more.


I'm afraid that those asking for my routine as missing the purpose of my post. My routine is irrelevant. You need to find what gives you the most intense stretch. For me, it was the stretches I've described. I do them for 20 minutes and jelq for another 40 after.

I made my post as a way to give back to the community that has helped boost my self confidence immeasurably. DLD always did what he could to contribute to Penis Enlargement, despite the bullshit he had to hear from others, and by doing so, he's lead to the development of exercises that have helped thousands of us.

I will continue to post on this board as I honestly believe that we are just on the surface of what is possible through Penis Enlargement. Lets figure this shit out and get 4" gains for everyone.

For starters... have you thought about what our connective tissue is made of? What nutrients do they need to grow? Because when you are able to ask and answer these questions, you may find your gains skyrocketing. Penis Enlargement doesn't begin and end in the bathroom.

It must involve every aspect of your life. Penis Enlargement success = health.
 
Vindicator, absolutely phenomenal gains.

Are you in good health? Do you work out and eat well? If so, are there any exercises that you feel help the overall health of your penis. I have heard that heavy compound exercises(squats/deadlifts) help erection strength/horniness very well via large amounts of testosterone/HGH being released to help heal/grow muscles; especially in the thigh area.

Do you take any supplements; if yes, which ones and do you feel certain ones have helped your gains.
 
Excellent gains! My only question is, are those gains measured for girth at the base or midshaft. If at the base, then how is you midshaft doing?
 
This topic has refreshed my look on Penis Enlargement and has motivated me to pull so hard it makes my dick feel like it's being pulled off.
