iam using the sg now for 8 months with no results. since my circ i lost 2 inches or erect size and iam trying to get the size back wiht skin expansion and sg. but after 8 months of no results i need to change something. you can see in the pictures the before and after the circ.

purple head cord lock and a 1 inch fat shoe lace for starters or order a comfort strap

Reading about how the wet pumps expand the tissues, im thinking that sounds like a great way to warmup stretch for length.

I plan to order penomet next payday and use it to loosen tissues. after a bit of time to get engorged blood back out, put the Sg on and see if theres more flexibility and a longer stretch hapening, ie; more bars needed?

maybe a new tool like that will help you get off the plateu?

also, are you doing any basic stretches before Sg? the device alone may not give a longer guy like you as much results, maybe. so adding manual stretch routine may help. like SRT routine, and sg holds that stretched length to heal longer...

the wrench device in Dlds sig is made just for expressing inner penis, btw. check out his stuff on expressive stretching. its a handle with a big hole for your base of package, then you can grip base for pulling, expressing inner penis.

definitely read dlds srt thread and add a penomet and manual stretching to your program. if what your doing isnt getting results, time for more, new, diferent, changes.

well iam 4 inches nbp since my circ , cause my shaft skin moved up. when i wear the sg and it pushes the fat and the skin back and you can see the hidden penis iam around 7 inches. thats what i meant without the sg i pushing into the base iam really short...

I looked up penomet, is there a discount with mos. I spent already money for the mos membership and the sg i dont want to waste more for no gains. Maybe iam not made to gain
 
have u gained any weight also looks like u can lose some no offense lower your bodyfat that can help with your erections to excessive fat can cause penis to be pulled inward toward groin

Between the two fotos is a 45 kg weight difference. I was 80 kg and iam 116 kg now ( 1,75 cm height) .

yeah bro, I was 301 pounds, now 256, -45 pounds. my flacid used to turtle constantly, fatpad grww out and swallowed half my cock. now im over 1/2" more nbpel just because my fatpad shrunk inwarx, sxposing more of whats there.

I gave ya + reputation, putzaras, because youre really putting yourself out here being open and honest and asking for help. its great. I think you will get a lot out of getting in shape, as I have. then some pe stretches and tools will add to that buried cock you already have.

Still the fat shouldnt hinder any gains. Sadly iam greek and we greeks and italians like food to much. I tried severesl times to loose the fat with fasting and protein diets but i couldht hold on longer thsn 3 weeks.

i think theres a therory to Penis Enlargement and SG usage and only A Theory for right now
when were strapped in to Penis Enlargement and or SG the pushing on the fat pad over time helps to push fat away in fat pad showing more in size of penis size
the reason for theory is Penis Enlargement and pevic bone squish the fat pad and over time the fat pad gets thinner now i didnt create Penis Enlargement but its theory seems plausible

yeah diet alone aint gonna cut it buddy. diets never last. you have to make a lifestyle change.

drop the SAD fat diet, standard American diet, which is full of fats and sugars which make you addicted so you eat more and buy more

eat and exercise like a healthy person

less calories in, more calories burned.

you have to up your calorie output, with exercise, drop your fat intake and eliminate the fatcarbs, white carbs that just convert to fat storage. so starches and sugars and fats, less.

no rice, potatoes, wheat, sugar... the killer white carbs.

veggies, snack on all you want of
celery, carrots, apples, oranges, grapefruit

I have cheerios forbreakfast with soy milk, the oats provide fiber type carb, not sugar carbs...

I started just walking for a couple weeks, 2 miles to end of neighborhood and back 1+1 mile. then jogged part of route. then I added simple indoor dumbell routine5 minutes... added time and weight...
then I joined a gym and got serious- serious as a heart attack!

just to add about the weight loss, a good website is bodybuilding.com
they have alot of articles on nutrition and exercise, aswell as a massive forum section where you can ask any questions you want relating to fitness and diet.
the key to a good diet is variety; if youre eating brown rice, chicken breast and broccoli for every meal youre going to get very bored, very quickly. set yourself your daily macro/ calorie target, and if you have allowed room for it you can have some junk food now and then. if you go from eatig crap all day, and eating alot of it, straight into eating not very much and it all being bland food, you can see how it would be easy for cravings to take over
