Yes, flaccid size is relative to your erect gains but it also can be helped along with the various methods put forth. Things like ACE, Phallosan, SizeGenetics, Lazy Ass Stretches, wearing no underwear, getting in multiple mini-stretch sessions throughout the day, erect stretches, there is much that can be done. A big part of increasing flaccid size to match closely to your erect size is "training" it to do so. When I say train I do not mean workout I mean teach.
