I never got an increase in flaccid hang, but that was a while back and it was only used for around 2-3 months in total. I think if I was to see any benefit, it would had happened by then. I didn't have mine that tight though as I thought that would have a negative impact on girth. I think that really only applies after a girth routine. I would not advise that @ all. More benefits IMO would come w/ a slight cockring. Something you could wear for a longer duration w/o negative impacts.

I now use no wrap @ all. I keep it stretched w/ the phallosan. If you can use the wrap to get that same or a similar type of stretch (which would negate having to purchase a phallosan in the first place), then you will see an increase overtime. Not saying you can't w/o that type of stretch. I think any stretch even in the slightest is a good thing.

There are people that get benefits in their flaccid hangs as a result of the wrap. There are sooooo many techniques to wrap though and even more variables to factor in such as constriction. Not too mention most are also doing other exercises and they just might correlate a wrap to a flaccid increase. It really could be any number of exercises causing that.
 
using an extender and wrapping with sports pre wrap helped improve my flaccid hang. now i use a phallosan and it is even better!!!

the sports pre wrap i like more then an ACE b/c i could wrap very tightly and blood flow was not effected

I think the most important thing is to keep your dick in an extended state for As much as you possibly can. This is penis training just like women do waist training. Keep it extended all day everyday and it will eventually just stay like that on it's own
 
Dld says drinking plenty of water keeps you nice and chub. I dont see y ujw would hurt either

I use my VLC to keep myself stretched all day long. I put it on immediately after my stretch routine in the morning and am able to wear it all day- 12hrs+. I am working on length right now so I haven't tried it after a girth routine yet but I see the possibilities of being able to use it right after a girth routine and also be able to wear a cock ring right along with it being able to stay stretched and pumped at the same time. The reason I think this is I have had massive hard ons while wearing it and the VLC just adjusted to it and never slipped or anything so I think you would be able to hold your expansion after a workout and be extended as well. Wow, after talking about it I can't wait to try it myself.

Good you posted this, I don't think everyone knows that the VLC can be used as a stand alone stretcher, which is great for healing. It is usually only mentioned as an attachment for the SizeGenetics but it can also be used as an ADS alone.

It also gives a much more honest and subtle bulge, as opposed to the huge lump from an ace bandage. And it's nice and soft on the skin... ahh. Love the sports prewrap.

for the first part, blood going elsewhere is likely your issue after the gym. wrapping would likely solve this
 
i think it's just body temperature and nutrition.

for instance when my body temperature is lower than normal from inadequate nutrition, my extremities get colder, hands, feet, and my flaccid is smaller.

this happens usually when I fast(once a week), or when I'm really focused on studies and forget to drink or eat. as soon as i pack a bit of weight back my extremities become full again.

yeah ive noticed the same thing with extremities getting colder

just from one day of fasting those things happen to you?

i fast one day every week, and my metablism is very quick, i also in general need to increase my iron and zinc b/c i mainly just eat vegs, fruits, and starches

No i don't go to docs, i'm not into blood tests, don't like strangers touching me especially blood extraction. but i know i have low ferritin and iron levels b/c i only eat meat/fish once a week usually. i also don't follow the FDA's RDV of vitamins and minerals. i follow diet mostly based on intuition, research, and more of an Okinawa japanese diet at the moment, but things change
 
I don't like docs either. Had too many bad experiences.

I think blood work is a bit different though. I think someone who does research on diet/body, should find value in self-diagnosis/monitoring. Which is blood work.
 
I might do my own blood work. I have to see if there are any usb devices with software that allow it.
