So I've been doing my routine consistently and intensely for the last month or two. My penis looks longer but when I measure there is no increase. Usually my flaccid has been getting longer too. But yesterday on my rest day my flaccid was tutting the whole day and my erection this morning was short and not its usual. Does this mean anything

Yes, you might be overdoing it. Scale the intensity back a bit and/or pulse your stretches (instead of a continuous stretch for any predetermined duration). In the meantime, let yourself heal for a day or so.
 
Warm up tunica stretch 2:30 each side
Than 100 upward stretches with kegels
Dld lengthblasters for 10 min
__________ stretch 1:30 straight out both way
Straight out 1:30
With my lengthmaster I put a resistance band and I stand straight up with it. I do this to stretch my straight down.
So straight down 5 min
Upwards 1:30
 
If you're turtling(flaccid shrink) and have low EQ i would advise you to lower your load of work for a day or two. If your EQ is good still, i would just wear a wrap to prevent the turtling.
 
if you use sizegenetics after your session your flacid will be bigger that is for sure, after like 20 days you start to see the difference.

Pretty weird routine...and why stretching with kegels?It will not benefit you in any way.If you stretch and kegel the PC muscle will pull your dick back.It's like an anti-stretching tehnique.A reverse kegel would be more beneficial than a normal kegel.

ALso you don't have any girth exercise.Even if you don't want to gain girth it's good to add a bit of jelqing to your routine.It will help you a lot with the bloodflow.Turtling may be caused by poor bloodflow/circulation.

My guess is you measured wrong.If flaccid is longer and it "feels" longer, you measured wrong. At no point in my PE career did I get a longer flaccid without a correlating longer erect
 
SRT dictates that healing is just as important as gaining. In SRT we see gaining as Active PE while we see healing as Passive PE. Both are very important. The best thing to do after a length session is to strap on your Phallosan or SizeGenetics and allow yourself to heal in an elongated state. This does not need to be at 100% intensity, it need to be enough intensity to hold you in an extended healing position. The same a-plies to girth, after training a cock ring should be used to retain the pump and heal in a pumped state. These are very important parts of SRT and there are many more to explore. SRT is all about gaining as fast as possible while making these gains permanent as fast as possible.
 
But is the routine ok?
And I rather use uncle jins strapping method because the sg is uncomfortable

It's not bad but it's weird..you just throw exercises left and right randomly.It could work i think.Just stick to it ( not 1-2 months ).
 
Start a routine and stick with it for 6 months and this will be the best way to see size happen. I highly recommend SRT as your routine as it will bring gains faster but I am willing to look over any routine you want to use and help make it more effective. But the rule here is measure every 3 months and use a routine for 6 months before switching. The only time a switch would happen before six months is if you made no gains upon the 3 month meaning point at which the routine will need to be modified if gains have not been made.

The penis tends to turtle in the early hours of the day especially after a session. It's normal. Just wrap with an ace wrap to stay extended when you are not training.
