This post was in 2014. What's your current BPEL now?
my current is 7x5, i started at 6x4.5, i have done any significant training as far a cementing gains since the beginning, but i have tried every thing for a month, sometimes a little more.
But as of recently, i've decided i am going for more size, i want that 8x6. that's 1'' in both bpel and mseg... i will be strictly hanging.
Btw, i had a good little run with hanging 20lbs, but had to move so i only hung for like a couple weeks, but in that time i was strangely 1/4 thicker, even after i stopped hanging for like a month. i think with sustained heavy hanging, girth comes in.
 
If I understand correctly, you said you were 7.5 bone press in 2014 but now you are 7 inches bone press? You lost .5?

Actually funny enough, i did make it to 7.5 bpel, but it was while pumping, but once discontinued it went back to my original gain of 7'' bpel.
this is why i think tools are for help, but not for gains alone. except hanging.
so like i said, i gained 1'' in bpel (cemented), and 1/2 mseg (cemented) i also was consistently 5.5 while clamping doing jurassic crusher (clamped ats rollers) and im 100% convinced if i has kept up i would have cemented within 2 months. those are the real deal.

Do you mean you got to 7.5 from just doing pumping alone? No length work?

Manual work is where it's at. IMO, nothing can compare....

No i gained a full inch doing manual stretching! And my 1/2'' was gained through clamping with squeezes.

That's impressive. I'm thinking of doing some length exercise in combination with pumping once it's time to focus on girth.

Yea, nothing compare to manual work because you haven't used a length master before.

I'm getting so fed up with the fact that my flaccid hasn't changed, and the worst part is my number have gone up dramatically in both BPEL AND MSEG since i started, in fact i'm hitting 7.5 bpel and yet i still have a 3'' flaccid some times even worse!
i just don't get it.
pissed.
girth has gone from 4.5 to 5.5 and still tiny flaccid, this is bull!
And never mind the fact that practicly everything gives my shrinkage. to cold, to hot, exercises, anxiety, holding piss, dancing with chicks, EVERYTHING!!!

The bolded has proven that you are my twin. There was a time I was so scared because I thought I was getting myself into problem, the fear made my flaccid penis reduced to a full 1.5 inches. It doesn't bother me at all because flaccid penis has nothing to do with sex in my opinion.
