You could replace the jelq in the Newbie Routine with it and use the remainder of exercises that are mentioned there, that would be a good routine. If you keep switching to new stuff without being consistent it is going to be hard to gain with any consistency. You are looking for a very humble goal and it should happen within a month of solid training...just stick to it daily!

I know what the 7 inch marker feels like. You look down and you still kinda feel average. You daydream a little about going the extra mile and while you're pleased, all you want is the next inch.
I waited nearly 10 years to get back into pe. I had made 7.5 bpel, which was 7 nbp at the time, and that was my goal. So I let it stand. And it never stopped occurring to me that I probably could go farther, and it would probably be awesome.
Now, after abusing my dick beyond 6 in girth, I'm finally back to length work. I've got to say, if my mind is playing tricks on me it's really going the extra mile. I have a foreskin that lingers as kind of a ring of extra skin fully erect and that's noticeably being used more to the effect where it's actually being unraveled like a normal dick now. That'd be a hell of a trick, but as it stands I'm certain I'm gaining and I'm actually becoming increasingly pleased day to day. I will not stop until I either hit the 9 inch barrier, or my scheduled routine for the next 6 months is finished. Whichever comes last.
Cliff notes; I wish I had done this sooner. I didn't even realize how much lingering anxiety I had over this. It obviously can be done, so do the damn thing!
