Hi again dld. You are so helpful and so caring and you are so helpful to members of this wonderful brotherhood. Do you know when all the videos will be available in the new format for us to watch. I know the one thing holding me back from starting the srt is that I simply can’t find demonstrations of the proper way to do the excercises. It will help me so much when the videos are working and ready to go. Unfortunately when I click on the words bundled stretches for example, the forum takes me to the lengthmaster. It doesn’t take me to a description of the excerccise. I never did a stretch or jelq in my life and I’m terrified of doing it wrong. The videos will help me so much. I know you made the pay site available to everyone but the videos aren’t compatible with the iPhone. And I haven’t used my laptop in years. Thank you so much brother.
It's actually simple. You just grab your penis below the penis head and start to stretch . Stretch 2,5minutes to the right, 2,5minutes to the left. Then stretch straight down for 2,5minutes, then pull the penis beind your buttcheeks and stretch for 2,5minutes. That's a beginners workout. You should stretch with a force that does not hurt, you have to test what force feels the most effective. Never jerk on the penis increase the force gradually and gently for the best effect.

Hey shred81 ! Also a good stretch with good intensity can me done in 30 second increments so find what intensity you feel comfortable with since this is your first time I’d recommend doing all the basic stretches 30 seconds each and do them multiple times so 2.5 mins total so the same stretch 5 times 30 seconds each to give you some break room in between hope that helps !

To be very honest with you, who so ever succeed in combining length master and bathmate for daily usage would transform into a monster within a short time. Back in march, I used the bathmate consistently for one month while still using the length master, my flaccid hang was out of this world and also much thicker. If all efforts to get the penilmasterpro fails, I will start combining length master and bathmate from 1st of September.
May I ask where I could see a demo or description of those exercises being done with the lengthmaster ? Thank you so much brother. Also do you go for the full 20 min at a time or do you take breaks(reps)

I go for full 20mins at a time. I hold each stretch for 5 mins before switching sides.

Yes dld. I am going to start a log. All I have is an x30 xtreme bathmate but I’m going to start a lot starting tomorrow documenting gains that hopefully come and what routines I use. Hopefully it will help people. I plan on one day getting the Phallosan or sg as well as lengthmaster but right now all I have it the bathmate xtreme so I’m going to begin logging that. I will let everyone know what downfalls I come across and what can be done to help me. Dld you are one kind human being who I appreciate so much.

I’m happy that you have come up with a plan of action to kick things off. So start tomorrow with logging your Size measurements, routine, goals and pictures and videos if you decide to do so. Now when you add something new post it right there in your log. The Lengthmaster and the Phallosan are great tools to look forward to as they are the best two devices for gaining length . In the meantime work with your bathmate and let me suggest the SRT bathmate routine because it’s very simple and extremely effective. It is called the bath meet 5×5×3 . The length master can do all length exercises including the mandingo stretch which I'm currently doing for 1 hour daily. Myself and dld including other length master users can guide you on this journey.

The length master is very addictive and you are going to make continuous gains as long as you put in the efforts. I'm on my way to 9 inches, currently 8 inches and started off with the length master when I was about 6.5 inches length .

I will give you 3 intense length master exercises. Downward bundled length master stretch . Bundled Length master rolls. Bundled mandingo stretches . I'm on a one year mission to gain 2 inches in length .

I started my journey January 14th this year. I did the downward length master bundled stretches for 1 hour daily, split it into 3 sessions of 20 minutes each. By April 14th I started doing the Bundled Length master rolls and now I'm currently on my 5th month. By July 14th, I will switch over to the Length master Bundled mandingo stretches and do it for another 3 months which would be a total of 9 months.

For the remaining 3 months, I will do each of the above routine for 20 mins each daily (downward bundled stretches 20 mins, Bundled Length master rolls 20 mins and Bundled Mandingo stretches 20 mins making a total of 1 hour) for a total of 1 hour. I believe 2 inches in length is very possible with this routine. I'm very close to the 8 inches mark now. I'm sure I would be 8 inches in length by July 14th.

I have a progress log on here. I suggest you create one for yourself. I'm also creating a monthly competition thread tomorrow. The competition would begin on the 1st of June and DLD has promised to give each of the monthly winner a prize.

I look forward to seeing your thread if you decide to get one and also join us in the monthly competition.

I believe I know how to do the downward bundled lengthmaster stretches , but how do you do the bundled length master rolls and how do you perform the Mandingo stretches in the lengthmaster ? We have identical starting sizes, that’s crazy. The Lengthmaster has instructions and video tutorials here on the forum. Dld how do I do the bundled lengthmaster rolls? You are such a wonderful person and I was hoping you can help me with this. I also would like to know how to do the Mandingo stretches in the lengthmaster but I can only find videos doing the manding manually, I can’t find any description or video of it being done in the lengthmaster . Doing rolls is a basic form is simply strapping into your Lengthmaster , stretch straight out and then using the handle bars, with intensity, roll back the Lengthmaster toward your body. Doing this bundled may be uncomfortable or may be difficult to roll but give it a try. As for doing the Mandingo stretch is exactly like the manual version but you’re using your Lengthmaster . Someone to look towards for help would be Huge Girth because he regularly does this exercise.
