finally being consistent with my routine. I do 20-30 mins length work in the morning and 20-30 mins girth work in the evening . All day either i am in PF ace wrap or phallogenetics.
i hope this gives me 2 inch flaccid and erect gains in 3 months. mainly concerned about flaccid.
also i was ace wrapped at night but it causes too much pressure on my glans so at night i felt pain and i had to take it off. Still figuring out what to do at night.
