Here is my question. I have been doing Penis Enlargement for 4 days and by Penis Enlargement I mean stretching only (mostly) because I need length gains fast. I stretch for 30-40 minutes easily and I have to say quite intensely. I tried to follow the beginners routine as I am a beginner but I just do it freely. I stretch downwards, upwards and everything with different holding positions and sometimes do rottaries, stretch to the sides etc. But there is no pattern in my workout. By the condition of my penis I'd say it is pretty sore and feels kind of different inside of it especially at the bottom side of the penis, the center of it I feel weird there sometimes. Well I try to stretch as hard as possibly and for as long as possible. I'm trying to have hope but I need information. I'm 4'7 (way below average) and hoping to reach 6'7 hopefully 7' in 6 months (180 more days!). I don't do girth work at all including jelqing because I am 100% focussed on length at the moment.
Do I have to follow a daily routine exactly or even close to it or if I stretch hard I would get the gains either ways?
 
If i were you i would do the stretching and rotaries word for word and jelq even only doing 50-100 jelqs to start then adding more as you go helps alot,jelqing helps with length also there are members online who only jelq and have made good gains.
Don't stretch to hard and try and pull your dick off to start with if you rush this you will get a injury do a hard pull if you stick with it you will gain and reach your goal.
Do you do Penis Enlargement everyday or do you have rest days?
 
I do Penis Enlargement everyday. And the reason I can't do word for word is because after doing one set of stretching my penis goes hard and I can't really stretch. During beginners routine, is it okay to take a break and wait for the penis to soften up again after a set or do I have to move on to the next right after? by one set I mean like "Straight down to the left". By the way, what are behind the cheeks exercises? If it means pulling your penis all the way past my ass cheeks it's impossible for me. Maybe after I have money to buy the DVD I can follow word for word.

By the way what do you mean by injuries? the bottom of my glans hurt also bottom-center of my penis hurts on the inside when I touch it. Does that mean I have injury and perhaps take it easy? I am planning on having 0 break days because I really need to get my gains of 2 inches in 6 months pretty badly. Tbh I'm obsessed with penis size can't help but think about size. People that have average or above average must know how lucky they are lol

Hey mate, first and foremost welcome aboard.

Just to give my 2c. With reference to your routine, DLD's newbie program is very highly regarded as it has been tried and tested countless times with great success. If for whatever reason you cannot follow it completely then I wouldn't stress too much, Penis Enlargement is exactly like the gym, everyone will eventually find there own preference and what works best for them, but I would certainly recommend at least basing your workout around said newbie routine. Long and short you will still gain with what you are currently doing as long as your consistent and stick with it.

As already posted I would 100% back 8incyclops, Jelqs are a huge part to a program, not just for girth (and length) but for all round penis health and erection quality, so chuck some of them in.

Having a break when you get hard is fine, what most people find is that when you start Penis Enlargement your penis is not quite used to being touched as much as when you Penis Enlargement so you get aroused, give it a few weeks and your body will get used to it and you won't have this problem too much.

Injury wise (in my opinion), from what you have described, you are not injured, some soreness and a 'inner ache' is normal, it's typically a good sign, however if you feel any actual pain then stop and speak to one of the guys here so we can help you. Again backing 8incyclops, try not to go nuts and pull too intense, just find the right level were you feel a good pull and feel you are getting a good workout.

Maybe take the odd rest day here and there to help with recovery and just give the junk a break and finally I would recommend a quick 5 min warm-up pre workout, with a warm towel or something, this will help minimise injury. Hope this helps.
 
When starting out it is always good to follow a routine closely in order to learn the exercises and become knowledgeable about your penis and it's limits. As you become more and more comfortable with your body and the movements exploration is encouraged. Finding new, faster ways to grow is every mans goal and many newbies are the ones who find these ways. When I started I followed the Newbie Routine to the letter for the first 3-4 weeks. Once I knew my way around the block I started to invent some of my own moves. At the time there was very little in the way of exercises, basically there was jelqing, stretching and a few user created exercises, none that really appealed to me. I knew I wanted something more intense, something faster, so I made my bathroom my laboratory and I got to work. One of my first creations was DLD Blasters and these came from the desperation to make basic stretching much more intense. At the same time, Blasters utilized the available theory on kegels and reverse kegels that allowed many guys who could no longer gain length to start gaining again.

Penis Enlargement is first about technique, form and learning the basics but as you gain it becomes more individual and customized to your particular preferences that help you grow the fastest. If you do find new ways please post them, thousands are reading!
 
Ok thanks pUNKY and DLD, I will try out the beginners routine + jelqing + kegling just because I trust you guys about penis enlargement. To be honest, I haven't come across anybody that know as much as people in MOS forum especially DLD .

I agree with D.L.D. that the newbie routine should be followed to the letter. As I began to condition myself over time, I added intermediate moves until I was conditioned for the extreme advanced P.E.....length was my original goal but now my concern is overall enlargement. I am a pumped and a clamper. I started basic 10 months ago. When I first started clamping, I couldn't go longer than 15minutes. Now I can run it 48 hrs without a teeth grit....but it took time and patience. So what ever your goals are, be persistent...but most definitely be patient and all you seek will be attained.

This is perfect progression! You have learned well and your progress reflects this. Penis Enlargement is all about learning your limits and applying the maximum intensity you can within these limits. The penis can become comfortable in any routine and it is knowing when to turn up the intensity or change the routine that will keep you gaining.
 
DLD today I just stretched and jelqed for total an hour and I just can't get enough exercise I feel like I can go for way longer should I do Penis Enlargement for 2-3 hours because that's what I feel like doing. Mine's a little numb I've been doing Penis Enlargement for about 6 days now.

If you are like me you can go pretty much for as long as you want. If you want to get more work in and you feel able then go for it! The more you stretch your penis, the longer it becomes. The more you expand your girth, the faster it becomes permanent.
 
Yeah that's the idea. If I were to stretch throughout the whole day for 2-3 minutes every 30-40 minutes is that a good idea or is it better to do all the stretching once and then rest for the rest of the day. By better I mean faster (more effective results).

Btw, are you almost 11"? Just wondering because you've been doing Penis Enlargement for a long time. Wanted to know the gains.

I like the idea of stretching every bathroom break but I still think a good 15-30 minute stretching session is important to get in. Keeping the resistance throughout the day will constantly be putting stress on the penis, allowing for gains to come faster...sort of like wearing the SizeGenetics throughout the day. The penis has a tendency to turtle and keeping it extended really helps in training the flaccid penis to stay elongated. You could also look into Uncle Jim's Wrap, this will help you get some low intensity stretching in when you can't do it manually.

Almost but not there yet. I can easily stretch flaccid to this point but I am looking for erect size. 11" seems to be the biggest challenge yet. I have been trying to cement this for quite some time. I sometimes think I hold myself back mentally so I am free to train as much as I like without fear of gaining:) As fucked up as that sounds. Perhaps I will run into a size queen who thinks 10"+ is a joke:) She may push me to get that 12 inches:) Secretly I would love this:) As long as my woman could handle it, I would love it. I know at that point I could set a world record.
 
Yes I have 15-20 minutes of session everyday plus sometimes extra stretching after that. Is SG extender a faster gainer than Penis Enlargement exercises? I bought it but really hard to get used to it I haven't officially used it yet its just lying there maybe when I reach my goal I'll cement my gains with the extender. And I have thought about the uncle jim strap method which gives flaccid length but problem is I have to rewrap it every 15 minutes now that's a pain in the ass that's like rewrapping 50 times a day. I might use it later though for now I'm going to stick to Penis Enlargement exercise. You gained 2 inch in 6 months by doing just the beginners routine phase 1?

God when I read posts like these I feel embarrassed sometimes I feel like even if my penis was JUST 6 inches I could have gotten to 8 inches in a year or two. But I need to increase my size by 75% now to get to 8 inches...and then I read about 10" dick and I just lose it...Those massive sized people that are born like that are really lucky even though they don't admit. lol
