Order is not going through. Have been trying for the last 3 days. I always get a processing error after I enter my information on the second website.

I tried with FireFox, IE and Opera, same result...

I've also ordered a Bathmate about 2 weeks ago. No answer from them, no email confirmation,no product arrived, but the money was given. "Honest" company with a "very good" customer service. I'll wait a week more after that I will do more steps.

Weird. Something doesn't seem kosher with this whole ordering company.

Maybe I should order it through eBay instead.

Just a quick note my friends that we are temporarily out of stock in the USA for Blue Bathmates. If you have an order pending for Blue (as of 29.4.2011) then you can change your color by emailing me or sending a PM. Clear and other colors are fully stocked in the USA. This is caused to disruption in supply chain for creation of the Blue Bathmate.

Everyone gets answers sir, in 99% of cases where people come to the boards to complain is when their anti-spam blocker has blocked the reply from Customer Service. Hotmail, AOL and yahoo mail services are especially problematic.

That's because, sir, you don't check the threads here quite often. If you would do that you would see that 99% of the problems are not based on the anti spam blocker.

And when a month pass and you don't get neither a satisfacatory answer neither the product you start to see the situation as a form of mal practice, so based on this "customer service" I advise all the potential clients to think better before making the decision of buying one of your products.

p.s: I'm still waiting for my product and if you can't do that, I demand a refund. Can you give an e-mail in which there's a possibility that an answer would arise from it ?

We are doing our best. No need to demand a refund, just ask for it. (especially if your product never arrived according to tracking information.)
