I'm using the heavy duty static stretcher right after a bib hang. I use the medium version of the static only when I can't do the bib and the heavy duty. This is usually because I've strained myself with the bib and need a small break. I always like to rest whenever the smallest issue arises. Past experience has shown me that a 1-day break is better than a 3 week full stop.
 
So do you think I could have steady EL gains if I do Heavy Duty for an hour in the AM Medium during the day and Heavy Duty at night? I am interested in flaccid gains as well as erect gains. I only have a small window of time for manual and usually is for jelq.

Going to throw on Lazy Ass stretches this spring. A lot easier once I am able to wear gym shorts.

The medium I heard helps stretch skin and perhaps help with turkey neck. Has anybody heard or experienced this to be true?

I always follow heavy work with light work. I won't do heavy work unless I can follow with light work. I think it helps.

I understand the medium helps with turkey neck due to the manner in which the base is worn. I don't see how it helps to stretch skin in other areas though. I have turkey neck, but I consider worrying about it much like worrying about a slight scratch on a beautiful car: you are the only one who sees it. I've never had any woman mention turkey-neck in any way. As long as the dick is insertable who gives a shit?! Furthermore, if your scrotum is attached way up on your shaft that's just the way it is. There's really very little you can do to move it down. Skin stretching alone is never the answer to anything Penis Enlargement-related IMHO.
 
I'd recommend the static stretcher. I've had it for over a year and still use it daily. (In one form or another since I bought the package deal.) I'd also recommend the bib. Got it two years ago. The only thing I don't like about the bib is some discoloration I am now fighting with Ambi cream. Also my dick sometimes just doesn't want to hang. Sometimes I just can't get the right grab. Days like these I use the heavy static as much as I can (usually 1 hour in the AM and 3 PM).

Cool.... I at this point will start with this product. I would like to use a bib but have no privacy for it. Maybe in the future. But for now I will use this. A little every day is better than none at all. I will log my efforts and post my results that way we can see how well this product works.

As I said, try to get a manual session in daily. Even if it is only 10 minutes it will really help length gains.
 
I am working on that. I do manual stretching when possible. I only have shower time to either jelq or stretch.

But I am formulating a plan to do ADS M-Th and stretch Friday & Saturday leaving jelq for the shower. I figure if I can't do stretches every day then an ADS will help in that aspect.

I try to do something everyday.
 
Not to confuse you, but I don't consider the heavy static to be an ADS. Their medium and light are definetly in that category. You can hurt yourself with the heavy. Take it slow and light.
 
I understand. I was going to use the heavy duty in the AM for as long as I can and then use medium for rest of the day. I want flaccid gains as well as EG.
 
Yeah, all I have to comment on is you want to do the heaviest you can handle at the beginning of your day/session/however you divide it up. Even manual stretching after 1 or 2 heavy sets with the BIB when fatigue sets in is an UNBELIEVABLE difference in the amount of stretch you get. This is when the penis is vulernerable, so attack! :)

Do you think with 15-20 min. jelq session a day, the ADS system 5 days a week, and manual stretches when possible will give me some good gains?

I've never gotten gains just using an ADS system/stretching by themselves. Hanging a heavy amount (relatively) of weight to get fatigue has always been needed by me, although others have gained without the need of heavy weights. I don't know anyone who can hold 15 lbs of pressure on their arm for 20 minutes at a time.
 
I agree with 10inch. If you're going to use the static heavy, learn to use it heavy. Just be careful and slow about building up in weight. It can fatigue the hell out of you because you can wear it with as much as 10 pounds for a long time. I never go above 6-7 pounds, but I usually have that on for 2 to 4 hours.

I would lock down a definite schedule on manual stretching or else they may be easily dismissed. Even if it is only 10 minutes daily, write it down and follow your schedule.

I have figured out when I am going to do them and have been for the last couple of days. Getting the routine down and sticking with it.

Update on my ADS... Been doing it every day all day except when I sleep.

It has saved my flaccid length (now I actually have one!)

Waste of money I know. This summer, it's going to be the summer of hanging. I'm buying a Bib when summer starts and hope to hang all summer to achieve around .5-.75 inches of growth.

I've been using the light duty religiously 24/7, or as much as I can stand it.

Right now I'm achieving a flaccid stretch of around 6inches.

My flaccid without the stretcher on is around 2.5-3 (which is an amazing improvement.)
