3. Why is it that someone who would have the complete Static Stretcher package ONLY use the Light one?

I wouldn't do both.

I like my ADS, so I think it's the best.
I don't think ADS increase EL; if they do, it's very little.

You can do both if you have the time and if your unit is not getting too fatigued.

The vac-static stretcher looks better than what I got from monkeybar. The guy in the pic has his balls comming through the base loop thats got give a really good stretch.
 
I hang with the Bib and then use the static stretcher heavy duty. I only use the light or medium rarely anymore. I recommend you start slowly because as someone else said you can get your skin fatigued such that you have to stop for a while.

I used the medium duty off and on these days but when I first got the package I used it quite a bit everyday and I'm not sure about EL gains but it sure did WONDERS for my flaccid size. I've always got a bulge anymore and I love it. I'm impressed with how it has stayed that way and I haven't worn the medium for almost a year.

It does take some mastering to put on but if you relax and are patient you'll get the hang of it and then you'll wonder why it was so much trouble at first. One thing I learned the hard way was to not put on too much tension like being over anxious. This only gave me skin fatigue, so mild tension is the key IMHO.

Thanks for the response. So you've been hanging and then putting on the heavy duty stretcher? I contacted customer support for Static Stretcher and they basically said the HD one is for ERECT gains but you can't wear it behind clothes. He also said that it's the only one that mimics hanging (at 10 pounds max, I believe). Given that ERECT gains always bring FLACCID gains (seems common sensical), then why would anyone use the Light to Medium ones, which only affect flaccid length, at all? I'm confused.

Anyway, what gains have you made since using the BIB Hanger and the HD Stretcher?;)

I don't think you can say that erect gains automatically create flaccid gains. I think most people here would agree that's not the case. Flaccid is different. I do think the medium could create erect gains, I just am not in a position to log as many hours as I think it would require. The lightest one is good to just keep you from turtling.

I use the Bib because I like the feel of hanging and because vacuums are trouble for me. Although the Bib can wear my skin out too. That's why I continue "hanging" with the heavy duty. So in a nutshell, I hang with the Bib until I feel worn out from it, then I switch to the heavy duty and go (usually) a couple more hours non-stop. The combo gives great fatigue. I gained 1/2" within the last 90 days and also took a two week vacation during that time.

I also like the heavy for travel. Someone else suggested it and I tried it. Much more compact and easier to bring than the bib + weights LMAO. And it doesn't trigger the metal detector because it's all aluminum and plastic.

DUDE! You gained 1/2" in ERECT LENGTH in 90 DAYS? So what about when you are going beyond 10pounds with the BIB? Doesn't the 10 MAX not mean as much?
 
I'm not sure what you mean by the "10 MAX".

I can say that since I added the heavy duty to my post Bib sessions I do not feel I can or want to go up in weight as fast as without it. I consider this positive since I think more weight is just more trouble and possible injury. Therefore the lower I can keep the weight and continue to gain the better. I think since the heavy duty is a mild to medium force hanger (in effect) I am sustaining fatigue from my Bib sessions without having to use the Bib. Partly this is due to the multi-hour sessions with the heavy duty and the fact it can pull up to 11 pounds.

Also, the 90 day gain has taken me a year to dial-in. I hope that I've now finally found EXACTLY what it takes to make me gain. We'll see what the next 90 days brings. :)

Sorry for my lag in responding to this: So...

1. 10 MAX refers to the total amount of "weight" you "can hang with" when using the HEAVY DUTY STATIC STRETCHER. I know that BIB wants you to "ride the fatigue", so it makes sense to use the STATIC STRETCHER for a few hours at 10 pounds max to ride out your BIB work.
2. What do you mean when you say: "took me a YEAR to dial in"? Do you mean that, for 90 days consistently straight you used the BIB and SS?
3. So in your opinion, gaining BPenis EnlargementL is done very quickly using the BIB and SS HD?
 
I think the heavy-duty SS max is actually 11.2 pounds (using the dual 5.6 lb springs), but I don't go that heavy after the Bib. This is because I always trade time and weight. Therefore when using the SS heavy for a couple hours continuously, I drop the weight to about 5 or 6 lbs. If I was using it for 20 minute sets I'd go with the 11.2 springs.

Could you give me an idea of your specific routine? I know that you wrote about it above but I'm, forgive me, a little lost. Let's say I have the BIB and the HD SS. I'm looking to gain 2" BPenis EnlargementL. High lot. Your routine advice?
 
First, I would base EVERYTHING on how you feel, but I would start here:

2 to 3 sets of Bib followed by 1 to 2 hours of HD SS, twice daily.

Bib: Weight-wise I don't go up quite as fast as others say. I base it on fatigue. 15 lbs can still work me over (but not as much as before). I prefer to stay with lower weight as long as possible.

HD SS: Keep tension low until you get some skin toughening. It's better than other vacuums I've used because of the shape and the compression, but you probably can still get a good blister from it if it's too high (before you're ready).

With the HD SS I get pretty creative during use: I shower, work out (at home), make calls, surf internet, clean house, etc.
 
BTW, I wanted to add that I think you're looking at 2-3 years with a consistent routine. Although you could probably speed that up by being more aggressive, you also increase the risk of injury which leads to stopping.
 
I don't have the privacy for hanging so I was wondering if I purchased this system and used the medium duty during the day (I sit at a desk all day) and then use the Heavy Duty one after if this would work. I also would Jelq for avg. 30 min/day.

Or if it should be the other way around.

Anybody have good gains using this product?

I suggest using either the VIMAX or Lazy Ass Stretches for a desk job. Remember that manual stretching will greatly increase your length gains so try to get a 20-30 minute stretching session in too. Your best bet for length increase is using all of these components in your routine.

I don't know what sort of gains that would get you. I would reverse it though and do the heavy work first. That's what I've been doing and I have been gaining. The last three months have seen over a half inch and possibly 3/4 inch. But at the moment that last 1/4 sort of comes and goes. Measured it again today... so at least it's trying!!

And you are using the static stretcher? Can you where the Heavy duty under cloths?
