Hey guys. I am currently working on wearing my phallosan everyday. Trying for 8 hours but I really want 9 or 10. I can't wear it at work so I get in as many hours as possible at home. I am desperate to max out my length gains so I am wanting to include hanging in my routine. Would hanging be a good addition to extender use? I am also not sure what hanger to get. I have a length master but it is really uncomfortable for me to use. I just can't wrap right. I am thinking about bib hanger or lg hanger.

Any advice is welcomed.

I would stick with the length master.

A part of that tool is to find the way to wrap it that works for you.

But really the pf and the lm is a perfect combo if you insist on buying something else. I would go for a bathmate.

Or a size genetics. And then use the tension bar from that with the pf bell. And make the phallogenics (matters of size word)

As that is the best tool for long term stretching i have ever come across.

Also you can use the bell from the pf for low weight hanging i do that and as long as you stay below 8 lbs your fine.

Move above that and the vacuum increases too much

I use forte and hang. I have a bib and I have a vac hanger. I just started using it but I like the vac hanger. I did 50 straight minutes in it earlier today. I plan on doing another hour in it before bed. I wear the forte for about 8 hours at work

Both. I try to shoot for 40 or 50 minutes total, about 20 minutes hanging and the rest stretching. You can also use resistance bands when you do the stretching part. Hands only is good too.

Have a ride around the world with it! Try it all because there is so much to try. Once you are strapped in it is blast off and it becomes extremely intuitive.
 
get the hanger cuz its cheap and effective....
i wanted to get started with PF and hanger myself.....but waiting for PF to come and see...then i will order hanger most proabably

You bought all the devices. You need to put them to use. Time wastes for no one brother.
