I cannot honestly say it is 2.5 inches because I did not measure myself properly when I started. I used an envelope and marked it off so it could either be more or less than 2.5 by +- 1/2 an inch or more likley +- 1/4 of an inch. I measured the markoff point when I finally bought a ruler a couple months later when I saw that I was definitely getting some gains. I was sad small too. Maybe 5 inches bone pressed, possibly 5-1/4 inches. I also, had a 1.5 inch fat pad which I still have in spite of slowly getting leaner and leaner (I am not fat by any stretch of the means, but I am of the body type that gains muscle very easily but has a hard time getting ultra ripped as I weigh a solid 215 pounds now even though I play soccer 3-4 times a week).

As for routine, well I Penis Enlargement pretty much everyday and have only taken a couple day or two breaks in those six months, though I do not hang everyday because I find it hard to do that without bruising the glans. I am up to 22.5 pounds and ever since I moved up past 15 pounds, I have found it hard to go more than 20 minutes without having this problem so I hang with high weight for 20 sometimes 30 minutes and then finish off with manual excercises. I use a bib starter in case anyone wants to know. I feel I need to keep upping the weight to get any sort of lig pull and at lower weights I just don't get any feeling of fatigue at all even if I hang for a long time. My glans and tunica will get fatigued, but when I hang I do it straight down while standing so maybe I should try BTC even though I have never quite been able to figure out how you do that (do you squat or something?).

I also do plenty of piss pulls whenever I get the chance and just try and focus on frequency as much as possible. I have a ring of power thanx to Supra, and the VLC tugger, though I have never used it because it kept popping off (the tugger, not the ring). I also have more foreskin now after Penis Enlargement'ing for 6 months, so perhaps I will try the tugger again to see if it makes any difference even though from what I have read on tissue deformation I don't think ADS's really do much other than perhaps help out your flaccid hang at the expense of future erect gains (just my theory).

As far as supplements go, well I am a supplement nut. I don't inject IGF into my penis but I am probably as bad as supplements go and I do it mostly for health reasons. At the moment I am taking:

(1) Life Extension Mix Multivitamin (good shit but expensive).
(2) LEF CoEnzyme Q10 (I get it from there because you are wasting your money on CoQ10 if it is not manufactured correctly and laced with fat since it is fat soluble).
(3) L-Carnitine
(4) NO2 Arginine Ketoglutarate
(5) Glucoasmine/Chondroitin/MSM stack
(6) Fish Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Evening Primrose Oil (has helped my skin a lot), Conjugated Linoleic Acid (hoping this helps get rid of my fat pad).
(7) Gingko/Ginseng stack (GNC's Ginkgo Biloba Plus).
(8) Garlic pills
(9) DHEA
(10) Saw Palmetto
(11) Melatonin at night

I would add more stuff to that list, but my budget is kinda limited at the moment.

I also take creatine from time to time and have a 32 ounce glass of milk with a serving of MetRX chocalate protein shake every morning and if I miss a meal I usually take it as a meal supplement as well. I also eat half a bag of celery a day and a full bunch of broccoli as well. I also eat bananas, strawberries, and sometimes pineapple as well as being a staple part of my diet as pretty much everything else is random stuff from going out to eat or else snacking on imitation craBathmateeat.

Don't know if that helps any of you. I have used all kinds of excercises throughout my Penis Enlargement journey as I have learned more and more about the dark arts of Penis Enlargement, but right now I basically do:

Hanging - 4 Weeks on, 2 weeks off.
Manual stretching - 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
Girthwork - 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off.

For hanging I use a bib starter, for manual stretching I basically do the Full Penis Enlargement Body Workout that I posted here. I am taking today off in fact because my entire upper body is overtrained from Penis Enlargement believe it or not (LOL), and I want to be able to lift tomorrow. And for girthwork, I use cable ties (not cable clamps) for constriction at the base and do a variety of excercises and lots of edging. My goal when doing girthwork is to get it pumped as much as possible. I got a thrombosed vein doing this once, but thanks to this place I read about how to get rid of it (aspirin 3 times a day, rest, and massaging). The weird thing about girth for me is that I have gained a lot (maybe 3/4 an inch) but I was so small starting out that since my length gains have outpaced my girth gains by so much, my penis looks smaller in some ways. Also, I am going to try and break out of a girth plateau starting today by rereading some of Still's advice here on girthwork and see if that helps as I certainly don't want a spaghetti noodle for a penis assuming my length gains keep coming, even if they come very slowly.

Anyways, Penis Enlargement has been great and the only annoying thing I find is that since I used to have a 1-2 inch flaccid, I now have to adjust my penis after taking a piss to fit comfortably into my boxer briefs or sometimes just my boxers. Before I didn't even have to pay attention to sliding it back in. Of course, that is not all bad because now at least I am reminded I have a penis worth using in the first place.

Oh and I don't think 2.5 inches is any record in 6 months. I am an easy gainer when it comes to hypertrophy when lifting weights so maybe that has something to do with it, or maybe some supplements have helped out a bit (I added the Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM stack in for just Penis Enlargement and the primrose oil as well, but when I found out more about it I added it in for other reasons too), but really from all the different progress reports I have seen from everyone and who has gotten good gains and who has gotten problems, I think the main difference is just who pulls hard enough to get a good stretch. I think manual work if done properly is superior to hanging, but a lot of people just cannot pull hard enough with their current upper body strength. Hey, I do both but that is just my opinion. I have only been doing this for 6 months so I still consider myself a bit of a newbie at this, but anyways since I don't have pics up, I guess you are just gonna have to take my word on all of this.

I think DLD mentioned doing phase 1 for 6 months but that he doubled the stretches or something like that.
 
gotta get 3 inches --gotta get 3inches---doubling my erect stretches--forcing my length to come out--doubling my erect bends!!!!

then im going to take a month in a half off in june to take a trip to Asia--So that gives me a month in a half till June--Hopefully i can atleast get an inch in a month in a half---------What you guys think of all these!!!

Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

6:00 am

8:00 pm
I do a testicle massage and stretch before my bath in the pm. about 5 minutes.

10:00 pm
I do my major jelq before bed: 1000 jelqs with alternate power jelqs and ulis every 100. followed by a hot wrap for 5 minutes.

2 Months Later
My Newest routine has changed a bit and I have added some new techniques in with continued gains. I really beleive in adding to the intensity of the workout as your penis gets stronger and able to handle it...but use your head.

6:00am Keggle routine
(Foward and Reverse as follows) On the toilet after I take a poop and pee (Flushing is optional but I do) I take my flacid penis pullit to the left and sit on it with my left thigh. (This seems to iccolate the musle more) I will do 50 regular Kegles about 2 seconds each. I then do a 20 second hold. Now what I do is the twist on the normal kegle workout, this is why it is best done on a toilet to avoid any accidents if you know what I mean. I hold a regular kegle as hard as I can for a 5 count then I do a reverse kegle as hard as I can for a 5 count. I do 50 of these (still sitting on my penis to feel the muscles contract and tighten) I end the routine with a 30 second foward followed by a 30 second reverse. I slap my penis against my leg about 50 times to return normal blood flow.

8:00am drive to work stretch
I have a 20 minute drive to work so I do a fowler stretch at the highest intensity for 15 minutes followed by one handed manual stretches for 5 minutes non stop when I get to work. (NON STOP meaning switching hands as one gets tired for a total hold of 5 minutes) I stretch sitting down on the toilet straight down to the left and right while switching hands.

10:00am Jelq and thickening routine
I have a very intense jelqing session now, I have eliminated the twice a day and let myself concentrate on one time a day now. What I do is 100 warm up jelqs. about 80% hard trying to reach 100% hard at the end of the first 100. Then I do 10 sets as followed: 50 100% errect jelgs followed b a 30 second uli 100% hard followed by 50 more jelqs, followed by a pan roll for 30 seconds at 80% hard. (at the end of this pan roll I use the next 50 jelqs of the next set to get my penis back to 100% errect.) I will do this 10 times. I follow this with either a 5 minute hot wrap or hot bath deppending on where I am. My penis at the end of this jelq feels very worked out.

3 more times at work I do Lazyass stretches followed by manuals
at 12:00, 2:00 & 3:30 I do a 10 minute seated fowler at 100% intensity folowed by 5 minute manual stretch (5 minutes total without letting go, I switch hands when one gets tired)

8:00pm Testicle health and stretch
I will do a 10 minute testicle massage before my bath at night. What I do is gab my sack right above my balls and pull out to a good stretch. As I hold it there I massage my balls with my other hand, I do this for about 2 minutes. Then I massage my whole sack avoiding my balls for 2 minutes. Then I finish by grabbing my sack again above my balls and pulling it downward about 100 times. I think this exercise does a few things. First it gets me in the habit of checking myself for lumps. It increases sperm production (gives me more volume) and I beleive it also help the penis hang lower in a faccid state.

VIAGRA TIME More stretching
after my bath I take 50 mg. of viagra wait a half hour and have sex. The reason I am including this in my routine is this: The viagra gives me a super hard errection so after I am done having sex I do my ERRECT STRETCHES I get 100% errect while laying in bed watching tv and I pull straight up in the direction of my hard on for 60 seconds. I will do 12 sets of these.

side notes:

1) I trully use Visualization and Praise to God as a large part of my routine. I know it sound wierd but it I have done it from the beginning and my routine has always given me great gains. I see my jelqing sessions as time of meditation. I close my eyes when I jelq. and picture what I want and beleive every stroke is giving me that. I have changed the picture in my mind when I feel I have reached that goal and I keep pushing myself beyond any limits. I always that God After.

Thanks alot bro, this is really going to help me out alot and help me gain alot, But im a little confused about the whole first 5-6 months, and 5-6months in, wouldn't that equal a year. Are did u mean first 5- 6 weeks then after that go into the 5-6 months in? And if so that would equal like 7 months which i remembered u saying thats how long u where on phase 1, but Im still a little confused so could u help a Brotha Out.
 
also.... after 6 months, you're pretty much saying you Penis Enlargement'd for the whole day.... any way... i can get gains and have a life? :O)

Well back then I had a private office with no interruptions. Today I work from my crib.
 
I thought I was a quick gainer to jump from 5.5 to 7 in just a few months. I attribute my quick gains to improved blood flow and shaft skin loosening (I was very tightly circumcised and am now going for a full restore-- the orgasms are incredible!).
