Width would be left to right, girth would be around, up and down would refer to length. It would not hurt to give him some extra measurements as long as you are clear about what they are.

I think it depends on how bad your curve is. If it's peyronies disease/syndrome or whatever it's called, then it's a bit different. Fluid build up is not usually an issue with this set up so I would not worry. The only time it would be come an issue is if you did not take off and return good circulation every 30-60 minutes. With the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] it is super fast to take off and put back on so there is no reason that breaks should not be taken. Basically take off the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], massage and jelq a bit to get good blood circulation back and then reattach.

Nice...ya i would think the only way to create a turkey neck is if the CT of the cock grows and the skin doesnt...this would lead to a pulling of the skin and a turkey neck happening. if the skin grows also then you are left the way you were before just with a bigger cock and a smile

This is the biggest reason I advocate for men to anchor manual stretching with the free hand, it prevents any skin from becoming TN.

It would most likely interfere with the exercise. The best thing you can do to prevent TN in stretching is to always anchor a hand at the base of the penis and hold all skin back. If you watch one of my videos where I am stretching you can see exactly how this is done. In jelqing you can easily avoid TN by switching to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SlowSquashJelq[/words], there is no sliding of the skin involved with this jelq therefore there is no way for TN to appear.

if i stretch by holding my glans my skin wont stretch to cause TN will it? i get what your saying about using a anchor hand but that creates another problem for me as i have a slight leftwards curve so im planning on using a sock as a fulcrum to pull my penis to the right as i stretch :/ so id have my right hand stretchin from the glans and my left hand will be pulling on the sock to the left for curvature correction.

In the case of a fulcrum exercise it would be difficult to anchor a hand since none would be available. I suggest doing every other stretch with a hand anchored. You can also work to displace the skin by practicing the DLD Testicle Health Stretch and Massage, this works great with eliminating TN.
