Bump Bump!
I've noticed that kegels are lacking in my routine, I want to re-establish doing kegels with a cloth draped over my dick. The more blood I can pump into my dick the more pressure I can apply when I do girth work and the bigger my dick will be while erect.
 
when I was in high school grade 12 I kegel all the time but I was constantly hard so I stopped cause being well hung standing up hard gives a massive buldge everyone sees. I stopped doing them and then recently started again but when I stopped doing them the first time my whole pc muscle hurt like a son of a bitch. Good read and what was said about aspertame, flouride, and msg are all true. Even pop and high fructose products have levels of mercury in them now as well as aluminum from the pop cans which can lead to memory loss as we age and does dumb you down

Fuck yeah dude, thanks for the book! I'd say it is worthy of sticking it's just so much reading I've got to finish it first and that may take about 1 or 2 years.
