Ok I measured and I gained 0.1" on both dimensions, BPEL & MSEG.
BUT this was with a different ruler, so I need to find the one with mm markings.
So I will look for it & confirm.

I started noticing a 'Turkey Neck' appearing under my penis. No matter what I try, I cant hold back the skin or anything.. because it effects my stretching.
