I use to have a pe log but I ended up stopping and then I came back to it, but on a different forum (Pegym). Anyway I have started a log over at Pegym, but I dont feel as if they are much of a social group over there.. not much talking & advice.
So I have decided to start it back where I started in the first place.
My current starting stats for this routine (remember I have done PE before) are
BPEL 156mm = 6.14"
MSEG 131mm = 5.15"
And I plan on measuring roughly after 1month.. btw I am already halfway through the month, so I will post what I have done so far.

No not really, I am jelqing at a low erection % to focus more on length (and I really focus on the stretch with each jelq) .. but I will definitely take girth gains if they come. :)

Yes nothing personal, but why not focus on length specific and much more efficient techniques like stretches and hanging? I mean there are triceps exercises that indirectly work the chest and shoulders, but if I wanted a bigger chest I'd target more specific exercises.

Lol I dunno what it is but I don't like stretching (manual) at all really, and I have seen incredible girth gains with my jelqing before. Plus with hanging and a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], I don't know how I would get it delivered, seeing as I live with my parents.. I don't want them to find out.

If you're short of funds. You can always make a DIY hanger and start @ weights below 10lbs until you work yourself up to a bib/malehanger/LG.
I wouldn't discount extending though. I think prolonged elongation is key.

I know I won't achieve this with jelqing, but hopefully I will with hanging and clamping later on.. but I know jelqing has led me to crazy girth gains before... With jelqing and ULI's I gained 0.7-0.8" in MSEG in 3months.
