Hello everybody.

I've never quite been able to get into a Penis Enlargement routine and stick to it (for a few reasons which I won't go into right now). What I can say is these factors have been eliminated and now I feel the time is right for me to get into a proper Penis Enlargement routine and stick to it come rain or shine.

My stats are as follows:

BPFL - 4"
FG - 3.75"
BPenis EnlargementL - 6.5"
EG - 4.5"

So far so good as I have stuck to it everyday. The only real concerns I have had so far is that the manual stretching part of the routine is giving me some trouble. As I am uncut, I find it difficult to get a decent grip, even with talcum powder, as my hand tends to tire or slip. There's also soreness from my grip, which was probably hindering me from getting a decent enough stretch.

Then I thought back to last year some time when I bought a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length Master[/words] from the first batch from DLD. I had tried to use it once and then found it too uncomfortable to hold my penis, so ever since it has been gathering dust in the cupboard. Well to cut a story short, I figured that the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length Master[/words] would be the perfect thing to eliminate my gripping problems with the manual stretching portion of the routine. After a bit of searching the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] forum, I found a simple wrapping method that I could utilize myself, two bits of sponge and some bandage. Unlike many of the other methods, I had these materials in the house and so I tried it out and it worked very well.

So from tomorrow (Saturday 31/7) I shall do the stretching part of the routine with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length Master[/words] which I believe will stop me from getting frustrated with it and ultimately stopping Penis Enlargement'ing yet again.

The Girth aspect of the routine has been going well so far, it is the simple Jelq, however there are times I do need to re-stimulate myself after 50 jelqs as I feel I get softer than I should be while performing the exercise. One thing I am thinking of to help with this is to purchase a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] as well, so that I can still follow Phase 1 to a T, but also do 15 minutes of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] exercises as well. This should eliminate any worry about not doing enough girth work or not performing it with the right intensity, as I will have two outlets for the work. Girth is also my main focus at the moment, I desperately need to increase my 4.5" EG to 5" EG to feel adequate in myself. I feel 5 is round a bout the average girth size.


Sorry for the rambling nature of this post, I just feel a progress log will help me keep going with my routine. I have round a bout 8 weeks until I go on holiday abroad, and so a very hopeful goal of mine is to get as close to 5" EG as I can before I go (and put it to use :P)

I do hope so, over all my previous attempts I have never gained any girth whatsoever. I think that was one factor that put me off Penis Enlargement, as it is the first thing I want to do.. get to 5" EG!

Goals are:

7" x 5"
Then
7.5" x 5.5"
Then
8" x 6"

And Ultimately I will probably stop at 8.5" BPenis EnlargementL x 6" EG

So I tried using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length Master[/words] for the manual stretching but after trying and trying and trying, I either found it painful when pulling with any where near the pressure I needed to, slipping in the clamp, or just no tension barely at all in my base ligs, meaning i'm not getting a good enough pull from it. To get the pull I need to feel the ligs, I get pain as both slipping and just pure pain occur.

I think I'll leave it out for now and go back to stretching with my hands. At least that way I feel I am getting a pull on the ligs that I should be, I'll just have to work on my grip.

All in all I've had 2 rest days this first week as i'm just getting into Penis Enlargement again. Better to go safely than causing an injury this early on.
 
Let me update where i'm at.

After my troubles with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] and a couple of missed days due to time structuring issues, I've decided to say this week is my "first week" of my routine. So now I should really say that my start date is 2nd August 2010.
I've got everything sorted now so there won't be any more delays or moving around, now I can just focus on the hard work of gaining 0.5" EG in the shortest time possible.
I set myself a goal a year or two ago to gain this half inch in erect girth before going on holiday, which gave me a 6 week time span. You could say I am re-trying this goal, however I go away the first week of October, so technically I have 8 and 3/4 weeks to achieve this goal, or get as much girth as possible in that time.

I'm planning on Penis Enlargement'ing everyday, up until then, with that 1 week holiday to obviously relax and leave my penis alone (hopefully the girls abroad won't though :P)

FG - 3.75"

Then for the remainder of this week and the whole of next week I shall be doing the following girth routine:

Manual Jelqing for 10 mins


Then after the 2 weeks are up, I shall go straight to DLD's [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Girth Blasters. I was wondering whether I should do manual jelqing as well as your Girth Blasters? If the answer is yes, I'd preferably do 30-40 mins of manual Jelqing as this would probably equate to around 600ish Jelqs (as in Phase 1). Bare in mind that girth is my main priority before my holiday, however I don't want to overtrain and screw up any gains I could have had.

P.S. Today's session went as well as I could have hoped, switching from counting 300 jelqs to setting a clock for 20 mins helped enormously, I feel I got a much better pump and expansion afterwards!
 
It looks like a good plan and I think after two weeks you can get right into [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Girth Blasters. I suggest getting used to the routine by starting with Jelqs and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] supersets..this will get you used to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Girth Blasters.

Just finished my first ever [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] girth routine, the device is awesome! I made sure not to go overboard too quickly and so built up pressure gradually over the sets. It definitely was working as the first set I was around 140mm, the next 145mm, and the last at 150mm.
I did it in the Bath as it was recommended in the manual to do your first workout in the bath, so as to get used to the mechanics of the device etc.. I relaxed for 5 minutes and let my penis and testicles relax and get ready for the girth workout. Then after a bit of fiddling with the device I pumped about 3 or 4 times and then set my phone timer for 5 minutes, and then just lay back and watched some quality adult entertainment on my mp3 player (Ricki Raxxx, one of my favourite tattooed pornstars).
After the 5 minutes were up, I pressed the pressure release button and slowly removed the device and put it aside. I got out the tub and sat on the toilet, again setting my phone timer for 5 minutes. Continuing to watch the video, I then jelqed for 5 minutes with vaseline.
I repeated this whole process 3 times, but after the third [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] set, I jelqed for 10 minutes, so as to bring my total jelqing to 20 minutes and my total batHydromaxating to 15 minutes.

All in all I enjoyed it, I think as I get more used to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] I shall start pumping to maximum pressure. Definately expansion going on there, is it normal to come out of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] semi erect? As long as I was getting the expansion (and judging by the measure sticker on the device I was), I guess I shouldn't worry about how erect I am?

Shall do my manual stretching a bit later, which will conclude another successful Penis Enlargement day.

Shall stick to what I'm doing until the end of next week (2 weeks) and then move on to DLD [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Girth Blasters! I think i'll probably keep the stretching part the same, it all depends on that first month measurements I guess!

I WILL gain girth, that is a fact of life to me now. It's up to me to keep consistent and make it happen!

Just finished my girth routine, I have to say I'm really enjoying doing it as opposed to my previous endeavors in Penis Enlargement!
I managed to get even more expansion this time round, with my first [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] set expanding me to 150mm straight away... the most I got from last nights routine! The two subsequent sets gave me expansion of 160mm and ~167mm respectively. On the last set I feared that I may have gone a bit too overboard with the pumping, as I initially rose to ~173mm but felt discomfort, so I released a little bit of pressure.

Even the Jelqs inbetween [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sets today seemed to work better, I was staying harder for longer and could feel real expansion (probably the blood filling the space created with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]?)

To finish off the routine I have attached a rubber/latex cock ring to my flaccid (after warming down in a cup of hot water obviously). I'm going to keep it on for at least a few hours, I'll probably be removing it when I get round to my manual stretching and leave it off until tomorrow's routine. I must remember to check every 30 mins or so for circulation!

Just finished my stretching part of my routine. I decided to change it to only the following:

3 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x 30[/words] second sets of:

Straight Down
Straight Out
Straight Up

Each of these direction also has 25 rotary cranks after 3 sets of manual stretches


The reason for toning it down a bit was that I found doing all the stretches I was doing before was a bit too much. A length workout would take far too much time than I was willing to do. I should still see results in the routine I will do from now on, I am still stretching in all major directions.

What do you think?

I have work at 3 so I decided to do my manual stretching before work, and shall do my girth work after work I(more time to focus and relax whilst doing it)

The length routine I have just completed was the same as yesterday's. I think I'm happy with it, it doesn't take too long (about 10-15mins) and doesn't cause much discomfort. To recap, it is:

Straight Down
Straight Out
Straight Up
(25 Rotary cranks after each 3rd set in that direction)


Went well, not much you can say about it until I check measurements after my first month. I'm hoping i'm not missing out by not including any left or right directions in my stretching. But to incorporate those, my routine time increases and so does the chance of skipping sessions (not too fond of length work, though I want to do some!)

I noticed I woke up with an ingrown hair near the base of my penis. So after my length routine I plucked it out with tweezers and applied some E45 Cream (dermatological skin cream). I figured if I didn't do this, I'd get discomfort tonight when doing my jelqs, as the spot was sore to touch. Hopefully this pain will be gone by tonight!


P.S. If you read this reply, DLD, please would you change my original topic title? I feel a more fitting one would be something like "KipLynx's Manual Stretching and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Workout".

Just finished the girth portion of my workout. This time I hit 160, 165 and 170mm in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I'm getting more and more expansion as each day goes by. Obviously I don't expect it to continue at this rate every day (otherwise i'd be out the tube in a few weeks) but I do aim to pack at least 160mm each session from now on.

Got the cockring on now while I play some MW:2 :)

Finished Girth routine, not a long post this one as I'm currently on MW:2. Great expansion again, 174mm peaking for expansion inside the tube! Keep pumping!!
