I was unable to do any Penis Enlargement work on this date. In the day I went up town with a few mates to book our holiday in October, however we didn't manage on booking one and so we had 6 or 7 pints instead :) When I got home I foolishly ripped 4 bongs, making me feel ubbbber ill and throwing up. Last time I did that I said I wouldn't mix the too again, silly me.
So in the end I just had to go to sleep (was about 9pm) and didn't wake up until 12.30pm today. Will be doing today's session however (28th). I think it's ok to have a slip here and there, call it a rest day :)

Girth routine completed. Got greaaat expansion today, even more so than usual. I think the Kegel's are helping my erections as I can hold the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s for longer and feel a more powerful pump. Hit 180 again on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] tube, all is still going great! I'm in the mindset of "How much girth will I have gained on Monday" as opposed to "I hope i've gained girth this Monday".

In the process of doing the PC muscle workout, then it's off to work :/
 
PC routine completed. This session was intense as fuck, I think it might be because I did it straight after my girth work. My PC muscle was caned, barely got 30 seconds on the minute hold. But I'm guessing working to failure is a good thing, it will regrow stronger :)

Will do Testicle Health Massage (THydromax) after work.

Forgot to add that I used an elastic band for my girth work to wrap around my balls. This greatly helped in reducing the dull pain I sometimes feel when pumping, and made it much easier to Jelq without bringing up my Turkey Neck. Good stuff today!
 
Proud of you! Keep at it, you will get stronger everyday! Eventually, with a simple squeeze of the PC muscle your penis will grow immediately, bigger head, thicker shaft in a moment:)

That way I can kick start my length and also add a manual routine to go with it.

Going to do another PC routine in a bit :) Is there such a thing as too much with these?
 
continued from yesterday (28th August).

I did my extra PC workout, however I just did the 100 quick squeezes and the 1 minute squeeze and hold. Testicle Health Massage also completed. I do this without lube, I find I can do it just as well without. When it gets to the scrotum stretching I get a better grip without lube so I'm just going to continue doing it without it.


Today 29th August 2010, is the day before my first month measurements. I'm still torn on whether to do a workout today or not, as I feel if I don't do one then tomorrow's measurements will be more representative of actual gain, as opposed to the post workout pump you get from a good girth workout.
But on the other hand I feel like I'm missing out on a workout, and that extra pump will make me feel even better tomorrow when I measure. So I'm now going to do my PC muscle routine and THydromax before work, and hopefully I will have a reply on this question by the time I get back from work tonight (in 9 hours time).

If I haven't got a response then I'm probably going to do the workout anyway :P CAN'T WAIT FOR TOMORROW!
 
Mate, it is better to measure with one day off Penis Enlargement. This way there will be not even a trace of temporary lenght/girth gains when you measure it, and the measurement will be extremely accurate.

Can't wait to see the measurement! :)

Did my PC routine and THydromax. PC work was intense again.

It's now technically the 30th August as it is 0:36 am here (GMT). Do I measure or wait until I've been to sleep and wake up in the morning? Hmmm
 
I measured my girth as I need to look for my ruler tomorrow. I didn't gain anything. So I decided to measure after I woke up in the morning and I have actually gained!

I've gained 1/8"(0.125") in erect girth and 0.5" in BP erect length! I think when I measured last night I must have been quite fatigued after work etc and so didn't get a true measurement. I'm really glad as I was quite disappointed last night, but now I can see my girth reaches 4.625" :) An improvement and a step in the right direction!
I'm really happy about the BPenis EnlargementL gain of half an inch!. That is basically from doing ZERO length work at all. I did the newbie stretches the first week and a half or so into my workouts, but after that I haven't done anything! If I can gain length this easy, it won't take too long to reach 8.5 - 9" BPenis EnlargementL when I actually add length work to my routines!

So I have about another month until I go on holiday. Let's see if I can get even more girth gains in that period, another 1/8" would be fine by me! I'm at work again tonight until 10.30, so I shall be doing my routine when I get home.

Is this routine too much too soon, or would you think I am conditioned enough now to do this?:

What do I go with?? If there's any question about legitimacy of my gains, I'll take some photos either when I get back from work tonight, or tomorrow.

Thanks everyone, especially DLD! I needed to see gains this time around in order to not get discouraged again, and I got them :) Obviously the girth gain is quite small, however every little counts, and I know it's a marathon, not a sprint!
 
I would also like to add that these PC exercises are working wonders on my erection quality! I'm so glad I continued doing them and didn't forget about them like I have done in the past. The Testicle Health Massage works great too, I swear my flaccid hangs lower now, and my Turkey Neck is slowly diminishing!

Girth routine completed. I did the routine described above in the previous post. The longer time in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] was alright for me, I didn't feel any pain or suffer lots of fluid retention. The way I counted the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s was better too, makes it able to be sure that every [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] is a quality one.

Cock ring applied after the workout.

PC routine and THydromax also completed.
 
I took yesterday (31st August) off as a rest day due to time issues. I didn't have enough time before work to do my workout, and no time after work as I finished at midnight :/

I did do my PC routine and Testicle Health Massage, however :)

As long as you get something in to keep you on schedule you will be fine.

Girth routine completed. I consistently hit 180mm in the tube with a lot less initial discomfort.

PC routine and THydromax to be completed soon.
 
I think for tonight's session I am going to incorporate some Hardcore stretching into my routine. I've been reading a bit on them, and am going to start out with 2 minutes of stretches in each [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] set. This will total 6 minutes hardcore stretches, whilst not adding any more time onto my current routine.

As I've said before, I'm concentrating on girth until I reach my milestone, however if I can incorporate a bit of stretching in my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] then that is even better!
 
Ease into them but you will feel the potential after the first session.
