The restart of weeks 6-8 went well except for the fact that I think I pulled a bit too hard on my left side and I have a soreness in my ligs that I've never felt before. I took the weekend to rest up and it's getting better but when I put just a bit of stress on that side I still feel a small bit of uncomfortableness. I haven't done any real stretching since Friday and will wait to do any until I feel like I'm back to normal, which will hopefully be in a few days.
