For the moment:
For the next couple of days: Manual stretch excercise (for ex. dld blasters) morning and another stretch excercise (ex. dld sock stretches/or usual manual stretches)in the evening and use your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] as much as you can between.
Also use your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] 1 hour after your manual stretch excercise in the evening.
Do this until you´re able to add another bar. Then you have probably breaked through your plateu and you´re on your way to new length gains!
